A massive thank you!! This is the video that worked. Reset the network settings, turn off the TV from mains, wait for a minute, switch the TV back on and input settings. Everything is back to normal.

In my situation it was a bit different. My Samsung TV can identify my Wi-Fi but cannot connect it. Even with LAN cable it cannot get internet signal. So, tried many solutions all were in vail. Upgraded firmware of router to sort out my problem. It works now.

make sure if your router works normal or not...or one time switch off and swith on your tv,and wait for a samsung account login process
