Cam, this is a remarkable journey. Good going!
Wow! That is a lot of walking, hiking, getting wet, cold. Amazing! Great job. I am in awe.
Love the beautiful scenery along the way. New Zealand is very pretty.
Been waiting for this video ever since your first short on you tube. Thanks for sharing mate. 🤙🤙
I gave up on uploading each episode to shorts as it was getting to be a bit much work while on the trail. Glad to have it all up on TH-cam finally!
Wow, congratulations! I cannot believe how quickly you finished this trail - the daily kms you put in were astounding, with virtually no zero days! Amazing!! Great footage and filming - thanks for sharing.
That was an epic finale on 90 mile, very inspiring and thank you for sharing your journey
An epic journey. Thank you for sharing. You did great!. Your Maori pronounciation is beautiful.
Took a while to get my pronunciation right but I'm glad I got there in the end.
Brilliant presentation bud, this whole video is so nicely composed and edited! 🔥🔥
Thank you, appreciate the kind words!
What an insane effort mate! Congratulations on smashing it and cheers for sharing this vid with us!
Amazing effort! Loved the sights of beautiful NZ. Your positive attitude and joy for the outdoors is inspiring.
Thanks Ezme!
Well done mate. Epic hike. I watched this on my big screen at home. I never noticed it was in portrait after the first couple of minutes. Was captivated by the hike and your coverage of it.
Cam, I had to watch this again, what a beautiful achievement!!!
You started just after we finished in Bluff. It’s cool to retrace our own adventure in reverse… not as speedy as you though!!
Congrats on finishing!
I LOVED this!!! I almost cried when I saw the sunrise on your last morning....it couldn't have ended any better. Huge congrats!!
That was unreal 👏 looked like you had a great time. So beautiful. Thanks heaps your a legend 🙌
Best couple of months ever!
Well done! watched this multiple times and enjoyed every sec of it. no idea how it only got 10K views so far.
Thankyou!!
Loved it Cam!
Thanks legend!
U missed a bit between auckand and cape reinga the northern trail
Sooo remarkable Cam! Now you are fit for the PCT or CDT or the Appalachian trail, all in USA! Good on you mate…
It is so beautiful there and I love all your adventures !

Epic, thanks for sharing
you inspire me!! In 2025 it's my turn to hike!!!
You’ll love it!
Fabulous and well done. I followed you on Tik Tok and really enjoyed your daily vlogs . Congrats
Un real km each day, the average person is happy with 20 plus km a day couldn't imagine doing 47km in a day let alone most days in the 40z. Fantastic effects mate. Cheers
Awesome video mate. Absolutely beautiful scenery along the way would have made it all worth it.
That's awesome! What made you choose to go NOBO? And what was the community like?
Amazing!!!
Wow, congrats man, what an achievement! I've been following you on insta since around day 25 so hadn't seen the days before, thanks for sharing
My pleasure mate, thank you!
Well done mate. Good stuff.
Loved the vid!
Wow ...couldn't stop watching great videoing and patience tracking yourself...and you knocked the bastard off as Sir Ed would of said,
Awesome mate , Vegemite & peanut butter looks interesting 😄❤
I'm addicted to it haha
Your pronunciation of Te Araroa is pretty good for a non Māori . Cheh brutha! 🤙🏾🤙🏾
Awesome documentary! What months did you do this? I'm curious since I'll be in NZ after my Antarctica work contract ends in Feb 2024.
March, April, May
Great😊
Pretty epic, congrats. How many pairs of shoes did you go through?
First time for me here on your channel and I have to say your effort and editing are AMAZING!
I was thinking of trying out TA durring November, for 3 or 4 weeks maybe, and your video really inspired me to go for it. Which sections of the trail would you reccomend if you were for only limited time? I'm doing around 25 KM a day
Nelson Lakes was my favourite!
Great video you have inspired me to go here
👌👌
Champion🎉
Didn’t went through the whole video yet, but I wonder if our ways crossed at some point. I walked Sobo. Probably
How do you know which trail is the right one?
Are there wild dangerous animals anywhere in new Zealand?
Just curious
Not really! It’s pretty safe from a wildlife perspective.
Nicely put together. What is the weight of your load? Also, what was the date of day one?
Around 11kg.
March 1st
11kg is light, have you done a vid on what gear you used?@@CamBostock
Wow! Going into the Tararua ranges with a dodgy leg to begin with! That must have been daunting.
I'm guessing the night the hut was full was Nichols hut? Did you look at the view behind Dracophyllum hut? I know there are always gorgeous views in NZ, but IMHO, the helicopter pad behind Dracophyllum is the North Island giving its best shot at pretending to be the Milford track, looking down into a grand valley.
Nice video. Would be perfect if the title would be "hiking 2100km.." But thats social media ;)
Haha, yeah that would technically accurate but probably confusing as well because the trail length is 3,000.
Why NZ is so much beautiful that is the question? so much beauty is not fair😄🤪.....! 👍❤❤❤❤❤🇳🇿❤❤❤❤❤🇳🇿❤❤❤❤❤🇳🇿❤❤❤❤❤🇧🇩❤❤❤❤❤
If this was a trail in the U.S. your trailname could well be "Swims with shoes"
I to made a great accomplishment, that being I just watched my longest youtube video ever.
Thanks for watching 🥰
I think i love you
Thats a bit of a misleading video title.
