Those houses should sell because on this instrument, you can't smell the Camas paper mill, and you don't show ice storms, rain, wind, and snow coming down the Columbia river gorge. Also convenient to be in the flight path for PDX Oregon airport and Vancouver, Washington small airstrip.
I've lived in Camas for 21 years....the mill does not smell at all anymore, & hasn't for probably a decade. It is an amazing community, although definitely not cheap!
