    Those houses should sell because on this instrument, you can't smell the Camas paper mill, and you don't show ice storms, rain, wind, and snow coming down the Columbia river gorge. Also convenient to be in the flight path for PDX Oregon airport and Vancouver, Washington small airstrip.

      Good thing I have been coaching my clients that if they plan to purchase it has to be a 5 year plan. Historically a decline of prices doesn’t last longer much more than 2 years. And then guess what happens after that? They eventually go up past the last peak. Thanks for your insight though!
