An additional tip: if your monitor does a have a higher refresh rate, like say 144hz, its best to use some sort of reliable frame rate limiter like RivaTuner to limit your frames at 1fps below the max refresh rate, so in this case 143fps max, or whatever your refresh rate is. If you then adjust your graphical setting according to your hardware aiming for maximum fps, you can achive the smoothest gameplay ever!
@@KNGHTS Yup it should be but with alot of steam games you have to go trough gamefile, just make sure it's on read only after editing it, and you'll have to edit it everytime you want to change a gamesetting if you want it to stay after you close the game
All these tips are not really hidden mechanics. Something very useful you didnt mention is that parrying two attacks in a row gives you a big stamina boost, essential mechanic to win high level 1vX
The feint trick doesnt work anymore right? Flourish has a new animation now, and the Cheer emote is on tab 2 of emote menu so can't do it by pressing only 1 button :s
3 buttons emote menus button, flourish button to raise weapon, then flourish to flourish cancel. Just 1 button to flourish when not doing the feint trick just follow the binds closely.
@@KNGHTS Flourish emote does spin the sword in the hand, not raise the and up like you in the video. The emote corresponding to what you do is "Cheer" to me, first emote of the second menu (2/3)
im a bit confused so pressing your dpi button (that opens your emote menu) automatically raises your weapon? You said you press your dpi button to raise the weapon and your flourish button to cancel early also how can you do this in a fight if raising your weapon causes you to stand still
I press my DPI to open menu then press CAPS to raise and by pressing caps again I flourish. Note that if I don't touch my DPI and just press CAPS at any time, I flourish. Also it's not the locked raised weapon. Keep in mind this should only be used to style on kids not as a top tier strategy. It is nice that it doesn't use stamina though. I get that it's confusing by the way I explained it but if you copy my keybind layout you will understand.
I mean high 50's is fine. Unless you are in a comp tourney or dual server I'd prefer decent graphics. Again I think it's important to make certain graphics low while others are worth running high.
I'd say it's definitely not an amazingly optimized game, which is strange since Unreal engine games usually get decent optimization. My solution - just lock FPS to a highest most consistent value your GPU can handle. Something like 1080ti can do well over 150fps, but often it will drop to around 90. So I lock my game to 90 making it nearly perfectly consistent. Plus it makes your GPU quieter, so your neighbors don't think you are vacuum cleaning for hours :)

You can set a one-button voice similar to emote to say "I don't think so" mid-fight lol
They should add more exaggerated facial features like eye movement and fear and pain.
I mean why not? The game is already as gory as it gets..
Yikes that would be sketchy
I would like the dieing people found around the maps to cry out for their mothers as well as just groaning
Jake Chase add bisection you can cut people in half

i've placed at least 80. theres barely a limit to pavise shield
I’m aware now, it’s unlimited from what I’ve seen on reddit
KNGHTS pavise is life
i was opening mordhau while watching, and the triternion sound effect thing played right at your intro
You can remove shadow by editing the file of the game btw
No way awesome I'm going to have to check that out! It should just be a default option

Yeah i believe thats called easy parry. Semi outdated video, maybe you will find a bit more value from some of my newer ones :)
@@KNGHTS Yes i actually watched your 1vX video right after this and saw you mentioned it there, great videos man.

Animations and mechanics haven’t changed. It isn’t a super strong technique, it’s just for flexing 💪 on pubs

Skip to 4:00 if you didn’t buy your PC in 1997
Great video ! Thanks for the tips, it will be useful I'm sure !
thanks for the Video settings i was getting horrible drops(40-50fps) in castello but your settings fixed it
"I think it's funny to see the dead bodies sometimes"
Your graphics settings are a little conservative for a 1070ti. Should be able to run the game at at least 80fps with everything cranked
Check out my new 115 kill gameplay running everything closer to ultra/high
@@KNGHTS will do :D thanks for the heart too :))
Love your videos man, keep it up!
*I have an I5 8600k* not 8700 thats only for i7 my bad
1070ti can do ultra video settings na?
Absolutely but I'd tone it down if your wifi is ass or playing on a distant server or are streaming
depends on the rest of your hardware and your resolution
I have a 1070ti 16gb ram liquid cooled i5 running on 2160 by 1440 and it plays at a solid 60fps consistently.
I play mostly ultra or high everything

I clicked on the link to the discord server in the description and it just showed a white page when the tab appeared, did the invite expire?
Prehapse I'll fix it and send it to you

I just noticed that if i press my macro mouse botton, it will do an under swing.
1080ti and play at 800x600 o my god
I have kinda similar hardware as your PC yet i can run everything on mostly ultra and get 100-120 fps..... So.......
DubiousDevil back then the game was less optimized
In his newer videos everything is ultra /high.
You have a discord channel, I have a trick I’d like to share with you. It’s pretty original never seen anyone do it but extremely simple
Yeah discord is in description bud
i got an i5 8600k too but an 1050ti and i get barely 60fps on medium

1050's are really very bad, so no surprise there.
my pc: all low
I can handle: middle graphic setup :(
well now 18173 thousand ppl now know
Ugh, disgusting animation abuse
You mean the raise your weapon animation because that is not disgusting nor is it strong/ it works 5% of the time its literally just for trolling
If it's in the game, then it's not abuse. That uh, goes without saying bro.
Wheres or what is CapLocks? phahahahhaha
