Zwei is perfectly balanced, its point cost means you have to sacrifice armor to wield it. It’s also stupidly slow and so is easily countered by fast weapons, even in its alt mode.

Hey KNIGHTS! Recently after watching your key bind videos I switched my control scheme to full binds. In the past I kept it a hybrid mix and I allowed myself to keep strike as LMB because I used it for defensive purposes since chambering with binds was difficult. I didn't use full 240 however because I wanted to efficiently drag and acell. But the problem was by not allowing myself to use binds on defense, it put me in a lot of spots where it's honestly impossible to chamber because there wasn't time to match the attack angle. So recenly I made the decision to disable strike, and my God. It was hard. Really really really hard. But the thing was, struggling to use flip side and binds improved my game vastly. I don't know how to explain it, but just after one day, even though I was getting destroyed, it made me a lot better at the game. I think the reason being was because I had to really focus on pressing the right keys and flipping the attack side, and it made me a lot better at reading attacks because I was putting so much thought into how I play, something you don't really do when you don't use binds. It was honestly pretty cool, and even though I'm still getting abused I can tell it's the next step to elevate my overall skill in the game.

hey man! exe is great i prefer zeri for its range/stab/combo/combo ftp exe is great but id say for max frags id lean towards zwei for those reasons. I used to main exe as well and it is great slaying machine. they are just good at different things.

Do you find value in stab being 240 like many have said to use? For the addition of upper L/R and lower L/R stabs. You are clearly doing fine without it. Is it that you don’t want to add another complication that would come with minimal gain?
I always enjoy Mordhau videos... Combat wise I just really wished it was more like For Honor in terms of visuals and comabt feel. Still enjoy watching it though.

Update? Well, I hope they add a viking shield this time. Regarding the zweihander, I personally only use it on a landsknecht loadout (I am one of those historical loadouts players) and as I rarely use them I almost never use the zweihander, but on the hands of a skilled player it’s unstoppable. People who bitch about weapons are the real bitches (except when they bitch about executioners and maul users, these people need to be *BURNED* I tell you).
So easy parry or a bologne parry i believe some NA players call it is the insta parry after landing a hit. 1vX extended parry is inputing multiple parries in a row after canceling a riposte with the instant feint to parry. Hope that sorta makes sense.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but can someone explain accels to me? I mean I get the idea, but like in practice, is there a time window from starting the swing where you can actually accel, does mouse sensitivity have any impact on how much you need to move the mouse, anything else that might help with these? I get drags but with them I can actually see how my sword is swinging a bit slower, but I dont seem to notice so much with accels so thinking maybe Im doing it wrong.

@@YegaSRT Footwork is everything for drags and accels, basically think of your swing as just an arc, and depending on where you put that arc/lean your body/footwork will determine if its an accel or drag :) Some of the swings where knights is hitting guys off screen with the zwei are a form of accel for example.

There is so much to learn and even the best players still have a lot to fine tune. Check out the master class series. I will also be doing a refreshed keybinds video and hopefully walking you guys through some helpful tips. I meme all the time myself believe it or not. have fun and you will learn along the way with experience!
Being a man-trapper with beartraps is fun lol, also engineers/ballista are always needed and appreciated they usually determine the course of the battle. Archery is very fun and deadly despite people complaining about it. Thrown weapons don't get massive kills but if you stay near a box it can be VERY satisfying lol. Some people just like to be dirty horsebois or catapult or objective hunters and that's ok too, so many playstyles just gotta find yours :)

Probably from kills, landing hits and double parries. I run out from time to time and make noob mistakes like the rest of us. But yeah I think those are the reasons why/how my stamina stayed afloat.
Feint to parry so a chamber party to riposte or a chamber to windup to feint to parry to riposte or a chamber to windup to parry to riposte are all possible and much more. This is how you can defend against multiple targets at once.
You play well, but in my opinion you spam to much feints, like I have ~600 hours in game, and I better do axel or drag after good hit, cause you can be punished for feint and lose 10 stam. But it doesn't matter, like every single person here they're own play style.
Well yes, but 1vX it's works not so good, like if you face noobie feints is op. Spam feints is kind of sick for me so that's actually reason why I started talking about it.
@@L4dy_Kum yo are correct 1vx feints are generally bad because in order for it to pay off you need both or all of them to fall for it. I feel like I used combo ftp, fro, and morph feints but I dont consider myself to be a neutral feint spammer. I fount out what worked against the lobby and went with it. My playstyle changes depending on the opponents skill.

Yeah i think 1-2 hp regen on kills is needed especially for the single nobles. Like the one on crossroads and grad.

The zwei has a certain niche that it fills. It’s not overpowered at all in my opinion. But it fills every niche I want it to so it’s my main weapon

When you accel first attack like you would normally and after like 0.5 seconds after the attack has started you accel.

@@YegaSRT It's a small movement it's more like 11 to 10 o clock. Also your position can make a accel a lot faster.

They dont you just have to play a lot or grind horde but I wouldent unless you enjoy horde.

Only when you chamber one enemy and then FTP an attack from a second enemy
