    im an big fan of your straight talk i watch months ago on you channel im picking up my v9 thursday morning, could have baught any of the other midsize pickups but im older 6ft 3 110 kilos and i need pure comfort and space as my priority and smoother ride for barely any off road at all , for me when i saw either v7 or v9 in person at the show room i was amazed at what you get for the money , seeing them in person is believing , and i want to thank your show for steering me to this truck, got that dashcam , rain gutters, and sun resistant installed tint ,just waiting on my electric lid i ordered lol!! just like you said for the sheer size this is as close as you gonna get to the f150 or rams and for sheer value !!

    That 100k price difference to go to V9 is worth it. Thanks for this review!

    Great review, changed my opinion a bit. The less than mid-sized power is a concern, but for typical PH driving conditions not a big deal, at the 1.8 million price of a well-speced Hilux or Ranger you get so much space, tech & interior quality. If you don't want to pay the 5 million pesos & don't need the 5.5 ton tow capacity (or VIP image & fuel bills) of RAM Rebel, this is an interesting option.

    Probably V7 and V9 are the biggest pick up in the philippine market today. And it is luxurious too.

      @jaywalkur  16 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +3

      I believe so. Foton has a dedicated warehouse for spareparts. They also have an assembly plant in clark pampanga.

    We may have reserved opinions on chinese brand but there's no denying they are pushing the market to a better place. If they can do this why not the bigger brands? Food for thought

    What's the warranty coverage? Wading depth? Will the dealer install an after-market 360 security/view cam?

    • @jaywalkur
      @jaywalkur  16 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      5 years or 150k km. 700km wading depth. Unfortunately, i don't have the answer to your last question. You'll have to ask the dealer about that. But there are aftermarket 360 cam options that you can buy from accessory shops

    • @Akoni-f7h
      @Akoni-f7h 15 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @jaywalkur for the size foton could have included these necessary options: 360 cam, blind spot warning, front & rear sonic sensors, etc.
      It could be better if wading is at 900mm.
      Btw, pls review foton's electric van. Need is to ferry batangas to gapan, nueva ecija.

    The engine is a hybrid. So no surprise that it is small.

    Paano nagging full size yan e same size Lang din Yan nung mga ranger. Ang laki Lang NG ulo Nyan, walang pinagiba Yan dun sa ranger na pinapalitan Yung face NG f150. Kaya sobrang laki tingnan

      Engine displacement is not everything. Engine will last on how u take care of it.

    • @maneseethangilt.2119
      @maneseethangilt.2119 11 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      Its lighter than an mux and an everest but the mux comes with a reliable 1.9l engine and the everest comes with a 2.0. Many ppl have these cars that have high mileage. Depends on how u take good care of the car

    • @Albert-o2z

      Mux n everest not a pick up, pick up should carry more cargo, put 10 sacks of rice and tunland engine will crank. Tunland cargo bed useless if it cannot carry heavy load. Even the raptor with bi turbo lacked power.
