Hello One question about the MP5. I saw it as sensorless homing. Have you tried this configuration? Did you think it will be accurate? I'm looking to simplify and remove as much part and cables as possible 😅 Thx
Hello Francois, Thank you for commenting. I've been wanting to try it myself but haven't had the need to do it. I guess really it depends on your setup. My CR-Touch can reach to within 10mm from all the edges of the print bed and since my bed clips occupy that space there is no need for me to probe there. What printer do you have?
@@vbared Thx for your replay :) I have a diy printer based on an anet (AM8 sort of), it's in constant evolution. I'm using a probe for the z axis, which work amazing, I may give a try to the sensorless setup for the x and y axis,
Tohle video je přesně co potřebuji, moje sonda BTL nefunguje a nemohl jsem přijít na to proč. Chápu dobře že je potřeba i pro BTL prohodit dráty? Máte vlastně i bílý z druhé strany proti návodu od výrobce.

Hi F35, Thank you for commenting. I'm wanting to ditch the single sided lead screw for dual independent controlled timing belts. I find myself having to mess with the unsupported side of the gantry once in awhile to level it to the frame. The Manta M5P with the extra stepper driver allows me to use Klipper to auto level the gantry prior to a print.

Do you wire the heatbed direct to the output? Or with a external mosfet inbetween?
