    Excellent video. The method to get up off the floor with no hands at 7:36 was great. I had not seen that method in other videos I have watched on the subject.

    Dr. Jeffrey, excellent demonstration and your performance looks so easy at your age. I am 87 years old , was an avid sportsman and an Infantry Army Officer. But after a nasty motor car accident I underwent a Lumbar spine surgery which left me with a right leg foot drop and suffered muscle atropy. No matter how hard I train daily resistance training with and without weight the foot drop could not be reversed. Can you suggest any method of exercise to strengthen my footdrop?

    I'm hesitant to try these as I've had my knee and hip (not at the same time) go out of joint when doing a simple move, like getting out of the car or shifting in bed.will these exercises help with that?

      Thanks for watching. I recommend working with a movement specialist, such as physical therapy, chiropractic, or personal trainer.
