    I tried to get into the elevator trade, but they didn't want me. I was in my 30's, a navy vet with around 8 years background as a licensed electrician/mechanic who worked in industrial maintenance . I had PLC, CNC, installation and troubleshooting experience plus some construction experience. You'd have thought the elevator companies would have been glad to hire me, and I sent out several resumes but I never heard a thing. Sometimes it's like this, a qualified person can't get the job, but some undeserving klutz, that's the guy they'll hire

    Thank you for the very imformative content marami akong natutunan.

    Sometimes a thin flim of oxide builds up on relay terminal, so when u shake the second relay the third relay blink

    not an expert but maybe that relay contact points was sticking or its legs are oxidized or something

    • @aphaseelec

      Thats what i was thinking. For the cost of the relay i would just change anyway.

    How come that elevator don't have a PLC in it???

    • @unmountablebootvolume
      @unmountablebootvolume ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Because it has its own proprietary controller in it, probably with 10 million safety certificates, just because it is an elevator intended for moving people. if it were built for moving animals, steel parts or bulldozers, it would have a normal PLC, but because it moves humans, it needs to have special home brew control board that is certified for elevators moving humans and can not be reprogrammed to do anything unsafe, like ignoring a faulty safety switch or running the elevator twice as fast.

    PLEASE PAY ATTENTION FELLOW VIEWERS!!!!!!
    THIS IS VERY UNSAFE AND INCORRECT PROCEDURES!!!!!
    BECAUSE PEOPLE HAVE TO RIDE ON THIS ELEVATOR!

  • @kj3854
    @kj3854 ปีที่แล้ว

    LETS BE CLEAR
    THE ONBOARD ELECTRCIAN OR ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN SHOULD NEVER BE WORKING ON THE ELEVATOR!!!!!
    THEY SHOULD ONLY SERVICE THE ELEVATOR!!!!
    WHY? BECAUSE THIS SHOULD ONLY BE SERVICED BY THE MANUFACTURER

  • @kj3854
    @kj3854 ปีที่แล้ว

    VERY WRONG
    NO GOOD SUPERVISOR!!
    THIS GUY SHOULD NEVER BE WORKING ON THIS ELEVATOR!
    THIS COMPANY IS TAKING A RISK ESPECIALLY IF SOMEONE GETS HURT
