Let's be honest, there where more parts that could fail, but diagnosing a bunch of Relais is still far more simple than diagnosing a possibly faulty IC. I think especially at sea a simpler design using less "special" parts is easier to maintain or to repair if necessary. Having a box full of specific circuit boards seems to be a horrific choice if you have to diagnose and all you can do may be switching a board, if you have a spare one. Would not have made a difference with this fault as it seems to have been a lockout switch, but nevertheless.
You need to check all the door interlock. Let the car Travel then manually pull all the door from the outside. If the car stops then your door is not closing properly. Then check the angle of each locking arm and compare them with one another.
Hello lecky sir, if we manually pull the door from outside while the car is traveling, then obviously the car will stop!! Then, how come it should be understood that, that particular door is not closing property!?

May spring handle na need mo pa i release before mo ma ikot ang brake. In case ma mapabilis ang ikot release the manual handle at mag engage ulit ang brake.

@@leckyjake break operation is proper i guess problem may be with inverter unit bcz not getting output from invertor after trying bypass all door interlock switch..main contactor gets energized but no power supply to MC & MCX contactor n elevator not run

Bhattu Vinay if the door is closed properly no matter how hard you pull it then the car will not stop while it travels.

Sir we have undervoltage alaram on invertor and relay 30B of invertor is not on...if we reset the control beaker SW5 trip...pls help

Check your brake how it engage. Normally it happens once the break is not engaging and the car slips.
