Brilliant class. The opening and deep stretching was a perfect remedy for a day hunched up over a computer. I couldn't do the splits so just took a super long pigeon. Feeling loose and relaxed. Thank you!

This one friggin RULES. I was not expecting the intensity, but it was exactly what I needed. Also as a ytt, the pop of Sanskrit was fun & refreshing to start with. You’re my absolute favorited, thanks for being you ❤❤❤❤
Really excellent class and sequence. Verbal cues were spot on for following without watching screen. Pacing of poses and transitions were spot on as well. Really super. One of the best TH-cam classes I’ve done in recent memory. I have been doing yoga long enough (in studio classes pre-pandemic) to know modifications and props. Class would be lengthened a coupe, minutes to show the modifications for prop and block use. Thank you! Will be back for more.
OMG just got my first split ever 🎉🥳 left leg need still a little bit of work but that's ok! For someone who is battling very painful legs and joints right now due to chronic illness that unbelievable! Thank you for this video will do it again and again to cultivate that split now 😊
Sure can: - Lay on your back, knees to chest - Happy Baby - Childs Pose - Any twist - Single leg forward fold - or both legs - Cat cows All of these create tension/release of the abdomen that massage the area and get things moving/processing.
Thank you, that got deep into my hips they were buzzing at the end so I added some inversions before shavasana. Still plenty of air under my splits but my straddle has moved past 90 to 93. Slow progress but still progress.

Hi Kate Amber, I’m preparing my mat. I’m in the process of following along where I need guidance. When practicing the recommended pose and listening to the instructions, first thing that acknowledged what I needed to ask you: “where is the core onlooking?” Meaning which position is best here for this course? I found a personal video and information on ardha hanumanasana. Thank you. I released that via practice. I needed pelvic readjustment. Unfortunately practicing this, my tailbone experienced bad ache and I’m continuing to practice. Are there additional pelvic and tailbone exercises that could prevent this excessive stress from your expertise?
What an amazing presence and teacher you are, both challenging and encouraging with great intuitive cues. The leg flexibility is really helping me glide through daily life as well as (unexpectedly!? for me at least) improved my surfing too.
