Hi! I was watching some mounting videos of the TRD skirts and there's a thing I can't understand.
In your video I saw that you didn't install the black rubber trim between the skirt and the body of the car, meanwhile in another video they did. Both kits in the videos are original TRD OEM parts.
Are you able to tell me what's the purpose of the rubber trim and if it's included in the kit?
EDIT: I re-watched your video and did a little search online e noticed that on white body kits the rubber trim is white and not black. It's still not clear for me why the gasket is so long in the upper part of the skirt. I'd like to mount the same skirts on my orange 86 but I'm afraid it will look bad a black rubber gasket between orange skirt and orange body

Any one know how payment is on Blackhawk japan. part of me is afraid to buy something because it isn't in US dollars and I'm afraid my bank might find it sketchy

Where did you get the clips that acted like it was being drilled into the rear body . Mines didn’t come with them and I’ll have to purchase them separately

The clips came with the side skirt

Hey man, you ordered these from blackhawk japan? Do you recall if you entered a quantity of 1 to receive a pair....or did you have to order 2? Can't get ahold of them and their site isn't clear...

Real TRD is the way to go !
I hate the fake ones people use, it's an insult to the car.
Going to Japan again soon to get TRD parts, much cheaper to export yourself at the airport
