I know some people (even myself at times) may think doing this is a bit extra and maybe in the future I'll properly explain why we decided to. But it was super special to us and was worth it.

it's really nice but also important serves as an example of why you shouldn't buy used wedding dresses. They get all scratched up and full of dirt.

Thanks! Hahah I couldn't agree more that they totally get scratched and dirty but I actually think that's why it can make sense to buy a used one (esp if it's dry cleaned)! I took such care of the dresses before the wedding and on the day of I was picking it up to walk but both dresses got dirty in a few mins of walking outside 😭. The newness factor was so short lived for me at least 😋
