This band is something else this tour, jay lane gave them a insane boost of energy
Actually, john mayer said before the tour that they were going all out on this last tour. I agree jay is doing great job but Micky is playing amazing and his energy level is over the top.
@@sg1770 he for sure is, not knocking anyone, but the band just plays different with jay. Can’t make up chemistry, this is a different band this tour. More energy.
Lol sounds pretty lethargic idk where you guys get this stuff. Wna a boost of energy listen to 80-85 fam get real Dead Co is Dead not worth the money at all. Way too damn expensive to hang out w a crap nitrous crowd yup im hating but enjoy if it werent for JM it would be totally a joke
Crazy good me like 🎉🎉🎉
😊
Johnny always looks like he is working hard and concentrating. Respect.
Nice videography. I can appreciate it...not to mention the best suite of music the Dead ever played. John is nailing his job.
Umm not The Dead. 😅
Love 'em all! Etheral music. John Mayer is the MVP.
The 50,000 people continuing singing was definitely a experience to be apart of❤
the drums in slipknot are just awwwwwwwww baby
Wow cant thank you enough with these videos! Its like being there! Bless you sir!
Happy Trails... Until we meet again !!! Thanks for the memories
7:13 has to be the tastiest harmonic lick I’ve ever heard. Placed in the perfect spot. Mayer is an alien.
Greatest show I’ve ever attended
Thank you for recording and sharing ❤️
Franklins from another angle... th-cam.com/video/4ytEKB3ouzk/w-d-xo.html&feature=share9
It’s like some full circle music genius type stuff how Mayer’s arc led him all the way to this role honoring an idol. He’s literally the only person in music that can make this all work. Guitar, vocals and vibe it was just meant to be
Amazing Toshi. In my 46 years of concert going, this is the best audio/ video I've heard/ seen . Many thanks, and keep up the grateful work✌
I’m grateful for the wonderful words!
Thanks for recording!! Fav song and man this got me groovin
Always loved the band. No dead head by anymeans but been really getting to this music now I'm older. Never thought I say Jon is really good and the band together is really good
Great video thanks for the upload .
I’ve seen the band several times they nail it every time .
“Mayer the slayer”
Jay has added fuel now the furnace is hot !! .
The jams are even more jazzed this last tour.
They take the songs to another level 😊.
Thanks for a great upload .

Thank you So Much for this recording!! The sound was unbelievable this last nite in Boulder.
Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for this! Small world, I was walking next to you on the way out of the loose lucy lounge down to the stairs!
Jeff is the mvp
Saw this energy at Greenwood Village Cumberland. What a Tour Summer ❤
One of his best solos on Help at the beginning
The transition to Franklin’s tower gives me the chills
I know your feeling it really does
great video...thanks for sharing this. what a great run.
Glad you enjoyed it
Jeff killing it! 😊 f ing love it!
Keep on Truckin'
This is so so so so incredible
Great capture, Toshi, thanks for posting it! My wife, who's Japanese (we live there, were back visiting Boulder, where I'm from) was searching for Nihonjin all 3 days and didn't find any, too bad we didn't see you! ;)
Sorry I didn’t meet you guys there, but how about meeting up at one of Warlocks of Tokyo shows?
I was pleased to make Toshi's acquaintance at the end of N3 on the field.
@@ScottSigman_Londonship thank you for the comment. Had a great time!!
@@ToshiAizawa Yeah, that sounds great, we love the Warlocks! But we're in Yokohama and the place they always place is pretty far away for us, so we haven't seen them in a long time. (Maybe the last time was at Grassroots in Yokohama a long, long time ago). But their guitarist is great for sure!
@@jtrush Haha, me the same. Kunitachi is a bit too far for me so I haven’t seen them for quite some time… hope to catch them soon and you too.
Sooo mellow ❤
Yes this show was after a 3 day rest 🔥💯💪🏻
💪🏻📢🔥💯
Slipknot is amazing 🔥🔥
the dead getting progressive , loving it here
this show is smoking good
sound quality is amazing, thanks for sharing, best set of D & slow shows yet, stoked to be there thanks for helping relive it! Chicken skin!
AiZawa! 💐Domo
Mayer is in ecstasy, "rolling away the dew."
help on the way...
Who is on drums?
They gave them self boost tired being called dead and slow
1.25 playback speed
ELVIS IS PASTOR BOB JOYCE NOW!
My sentiments exactly
Wow.....an Allstate commercial right in the build-up of Slipknot. Damn, we really have failed as a species. :(
Sorry that’s out of my control, I guess Google wanted to sell you TH-cam premium subscription 😂
@@ToshiAizawa Oh for sure not your doing, sir. You've more than done your part, and I thank you for that. Best show I've ever been to....and I keep coming back. 😊
p.s. How long before we see the Nike swoosh on the Mona Lisa, or the Gecko frolicking around somewhere on the Sistene Chapel. SMH, SMH, smh, sm..
This is better than Nugs!!!
Thanks that’s quite a compliment
I watch/listen to this one nonstop but your audio more real/raw@@ToshiAizawa
Treys tone on help Perhaps I’ve missed it in the past
trey?
@@darinstrauss really? Lol wow my friend you best get with it lol lol
@@jellyfish1333is this some inside joke?
@@jasonwebb6484 lol dude. Do you not know trey?
Maybe they only saw dead w trey for reunion yrs ago? Idk
The bad has major issues! But non-true deadhead wouldn’t know the difference. Jon is absolutely struggling.. clanky with no big pop in the delivery. They know that they haven’t played together in a year. The transitions are really clank or they just play it and don’t play through. They know what they’re doing.. deadhead from 2016 through 2018 and then Bob got slow Bill left and your left with this “skeleton “crew that cannot put it together dependent on it. My recommendation is to see them on the last night they played at the sphere . They will sound the best then..
It's truly how incredible just how boring D&C is compared to Phish. The jams are soooo uninspiring. I saw D&Co in Brooklyn and nearly fell asleep. And John Meyer v Trey soloing? No competition.
Yea it was the same way with phish and the real dead back in the day...compared to jerry, trey and John mayer are a joke..apples ,oranges, and cherries
Gonna talk about this like everyone on Reddit does:
"SMOKING HOT VERSION!"
"THE ENERGY IS OFF THE CHARTS!"
"FAST!"
"ALL-TIMER!"
Man, people have a really low bar after Jerry.
You seems to be yet another Garcia worshipper who live in a nostalgic fantasy world where Jerry was inspired every night and each solo was a psychedelic master piece coming from his soul. When in fact the man was on hard drugs and had many off nights where he hardly was present. And had a lot lower bottom level than Mayer. But stick your good old tapes while others prefer to live in the present and enjoy Deadco's contemporary take on the catalogue.
Kind of like Reddit reviews. Have never used any of these catch phrases to describe any show. May your disdain, not get the better of you. Take care, because life's gonna kill you in the end. Enjoy what you can✌
7:45 onward sounds like a bad disco biscuits concert. As soon as they start jamming. Good thing they have jay lane and oteil to hold the circus down lol
What even is this
Some of the best music ever made. That's what.
There is supposed to be a bass guitar you can hear on this tune, not some mushy, indistinct, nondescript attempt.
Yes ofc it's fair to judge the sound of the bass from an audience recording. But I hope you got a good release of negativity.
Through a decent set of headphones Oteil's tone is nothing like what you describe.
JM LITERALLY SAVED THIS BAND.
can't even hear him sing or understand him. #TreyA
who tf is trey, must be part of a farm house band
This is just Gruntful Dud juke box but the Dud Huds don't care as long as they can do their little twirly dances. I agree with the Great Greg Allman, I just don't get it.
tough spot to be in when you're agreeing with the dude who wrote "I'm No Angel"
Thanks for enriching the World with this deep thoughtful and frugal comment. Really an essential and enlightening post.
Idk man I saw them in 2017, that was a dud. I was at this show, it was night and day, so much better here. Sure it’s not the Dead really, but crowd knows that and still has a great time.
Even if you think it’s lame, they put on an awesome 3-day run. ✌️
It's grateful that everyone doesn't like it, that's the magic, brah. Now troll away your dews✌
Y you aren't there yet is anyone's guess mainly though both hands are good. When the DEAD were on like I seen live you realize how tiny yet connected we all are good o everything 😮is a vibration of time space and frequency. Ride yours my friend we will ride ours love you anyway
