I have been looking through some old timetables and found a nice CE timetable for September 1994 with the Holyhead route and the Blaenau route also in the timetable. It's now among the places I want to check out in the near future. Been looking through this 1994 booklet, which also has the Shap route in it. Great little booklet for TS routes, this one turns out to be, as Liv-Man and the upcoming Hope Valley are also in there!

    Great video!
On the subject getting adverse AWS warnings on clear signals, I belive I've worked out why that is.
Since in two-aspect signalling, distant signals aren't block signals, I don't believe the game's signalling system recognizes them as existing. They're essentially dummies that just reflect what the home signal is doing. This is why they also don't appear on the HUD. Therefore, they can't trasmit data as to what aspect they're showing. However, because they have AWS ramps, the ramps have to tie back to something. They can't just be set to always trigger an alarm, like a morpeth board or fixed distant, because then you'd always get adverse warnings on clear signals, no matter the situation. So I believe the ramps are tied to what the home signal is doing. This works fine most of the time, as you'll either be operating under clears, thus both the distant and home will be clear, or chasing yellows, so the home will be at danger, thus the distant will be set to caution. Either way, you'll get the correct AWS sound. Where this breaks down is in situations like you encounter on this run and some of your other more recent ones, where the home is at caution, so the distant is clear. But since the AWS ramp is looking at the home signal, it triggers the alarm. Hope that makes sense.
That's the explanation I've come up with based on observation, but if someone more familiar with the game's code wants to correct me, feel free!
Edit: Just realized that I left an imporant bit out: This is also only an issue at places where you switch from two-aspect to three/four aspect signalling, since that's the only time you can have a home signal at caution, since two-aspect home signals can only display clear or danger. So the solution I outlined above works for most situations except for this on incedibly niche example, but one that can occur with some frequency, as you've demonstrated in the last couple videos.

The answer to your question why there so many caravan parks (mobile homes) is because North Wales brings in a lot of tourism to the country mainly people from England, i remember going there a lot on holiday specially haven park and a couple of one’s in Prestatyn.

@@PTGRail some people do live in them on a semi permanent basis but only from the start of Spring till the start of October when they are closed for the Autumn and Winter months and some own one through the company’s that own the caravan parks which then do the same for the tourism but both you and the company of the caravan park’s get a cut of the profits as my family has done a lot of this in the past.
