Good morning Jaques 🙏 what a glorious razor by Trevor....John will absolutely love it, i know 🎉. Dragons 🐉 rule 😊. People really cant appreciate the quality untill they own one ....the lines and carbon scales are absolutely stunning ❤. RWL34 is a wonderful steel , but more difficult to hone and strop than carbon Standard razor steels that most people are used too. Wonderful video ❤🎉 Excellent review 👏.
@@Martins-Shaves123 thank you for the kind words Magnum. Honing and stropping RWL34 requires different approaches to carbon steels. Agreed, dragons rule! best wishes
Jacques you always make the nicest lather! I really like the scales on that dragon razor. Great video, it’s always a treat when you post a video and yes people should like but also subscribe hehe
Stunning razor and shave Jacques. You sure knew how to tame a Dragon. I love the horn detail. Truly incredible. Glad to hear Trevor will be making razors for poor lads like me🤩🤣❤
It was funny, at the beginning of the video I was thinking that I would never be able to afford one of Trevor's razors. But then you announced that he would be making affordable razors for us poor sods. lol You got my hopes up. His craft and artistry is apparent in his work. One day I hope to try a zulu grey edge as well. Do you have recommendations on what to look for for a zulu fine finisher? Thank you for sharing and have a good one.
@@nonamebear1136 the affordable razors is going to be a winner for sure, Trevor’s craft is truly amazing. Zulu Grey’s are incredible difficult to obtain, especially quality stones as they are not mined actively. I will keep my ear on the ground for you. best wishes
@@nonamebear1136 yes they are reputable and have Zulu in stock, I was fortunate in testing 4 samples. They are great stones for knives and wonderful pre-finisher for razors, at least for me. So in this sense very limited working range. They require a fair amount of lapping to get the best from them. Trevor has entire set of Zulu’s totalling 5 or 6 stone (bevel set to finisher) which he acquired many 10 years ago.
Thank you for sharing your opinions Jacques. Looking forward to use it.

@dappershaves 🤣😅 I'll wait till the magnum moustache is full grown before deciding to keep it , as Bill remarked it'll never make it past September 😆.
