I'm using my own TUI sound pack and I use FSCabin 2020 for the cabin announcements to add more realism.

Flaps 30 is standard

I use different flaps levers because sometimes I go for flaps 30 on landing and sometimes flaps 40. It really depends on the weight and runway length.
