I display gifts from my family and friends as decor too. So everyday l remember them. Adding sentimental items will make your apartment feel like a home for you. You then have stories to tell about your home. I'd like to suggest in the purchase of a large rug and a round coffee table for your lounge area. It will bring comfort and practicality too. Enjoy your home!
I 100% agree! Unfortunately a coffee table would block the kitchen door but I think you are right about the rug, I have been thinking about it too! Any suggestions regarding its shape and colour?
@@JosianeZhang Have you considered a pair of nesting tables which take up less space than a coffee table, as a substitute? For your rug, you could choose either way: neutral colour or a rust/ chocolate brown to play with your gorgeous emerald green sofa. I'd recommend a rectangular rug so that either all of the sofa legs but at least the front two can be on the rug. The sage advice is to go larger rather than smaller because it will give the impression of more spaciousness. PS.....avoid shaggy rugs.
Lovely appartement and hope you settle. Be mindful tho that the air is not clean and fresh on that terrace due to traffic pollution. The Appartement itself is great😊😊😊
Hi Jo! I found you via the building a workshop for your mum video, I’m loving all your videos and getting to know you. I love your filming style and look forward to more of your videos. One thing I would love to know more about is what your family business was and how you were able to sell it. I personally find this process fascinating as it’s unusual to hear a lot about how this happens for smaller companies, we normally only hear about some huge start up being sold to some mega company. Hopefully, one day you’ll be comfortable enough to share more about this part of your life and the process! I love your apartment, it gives me ultimate scandi vibes and reminds me of my family’s home in Finland, I love the lights you used over the art work, would you please share where you got these from? =)
Hi there! First of all, thank you for such a warm and kind message, it made my day! I would love to make some videos in the future to explain the family business, the struggles, the learnings and acquisition. Probably some time closer to the deadline of the reps and warranties I signed (that should make me more comfortable, haha!) I will try to get you a link for the sconces 🤗 Have a great day!
Hi Josian, your apartment is really big! In Paris, the majority of them are so tiny!. I moved 4 times in the past 3 years but you beat me with your record😂. I become a minimalist as the result as Im so dreadful about the moving process & the cost of moving (I’m in the US). How about you? I’m curious & hope you’ll share your experience & perspective in one of your future vlog. Thanks, Josian!
I know right! The moving process is always so dreadful. In Paris, if your things are too large to fit in the lifts and staircases, you have to call a “monte-charge” service to move everything through the windows directly onto the street, it’s crazy.
It is quite fun, especially to meet students from other schools! But there’s also downsides to it - fighting over the washing machines, being 100% controlled by the administration, and most of all, being kicked out after the maximum 3 years stay!
Let’s see how long I will be able to commit to this apartment!
If you don’t know, please let me know will like to rent it from you. Living here for 29sq and paying 1140 + utilities.
I love your editing style!! Great scene transitions and subtle techniques to make the video more visually interesting. Also LOVE the apartment!!!
Thank you so much!! I will always try to improve these videos for you guys!
You have such a beautiful flat! And the price is super resonable for the size and quality :o
Thank you so much, I agree I did get lucky with this one! :]
Best editing I have seen on YT...really high quality presentation! 😊
Thank you so much! 😄
@@JosianeZhang you are welcome!!! Keep up the great work! 🥰

Thank you and you are very correct about the terrace! I should populate it with some greenery, see if that helps 🙃
Hey ! Nice videos as always, the piano (f** gorgeous btw) and the lamp over those painting give really a nice vibe :)
Aren’t they such a nice little investment! Thank you so much for your continuing support :)
LOVE this huge apartment and the rent. What arrondissement is this? Just wondering about the rent.

“Snuggle Corner” sounds nice!
The friends sure seem to think so!
Somehow, I always miss out on student Cités. Seems more fun than renting an apartment from locals (what i did during my post-bac years in Paris).

New subbie! Love your content. So glad I found you. 😊
Yay! Thank you and welcome to this universe! 😊
Excellent video! Where is your dining table from!????

@@JosianeZhang how long does it take to create one banger video like this?
This one has been in the works for at least 3 weeks! Trying to learn the most I can the fastest I can to deliver more videos in the future!
@@JosianeZhang the production quality is top notch!! eager to see more from your end!
Which arrondissement
15th!
13 moves every 7.5 months is a lot. I moved X number of times every year for 10 years then slowly every 14 days for the last 2 years.
Wow every 14 days is unbelievable!
