Thank you, my brand new printer started paper jamming and when it would work it printed blurry and double. Cleaned it out and also cleaned the clear tape inside with alcohol as it looked smudged. Then hit reset button for 10 sec and all seems good. Funny thing the Cannon website said nothing about reset.
I just bought a PIXMA TS3522 because I heard it printed the best photo quality. and it was super cheap. I should've known there was a catch. So I go through the whole rigamarole of how other people REALLY want to get info on every single picture I ever print, and set up the printer just fine. Then I actually try to print...and get the 4103 error code. Took me at least half an hour to even figure out why and when I did I couldn't believe it. Who makes a printer that refuses to print letter sized glossy photo paper??? Canon does apparently. Only way to get around this is to change to plain paper, which causes the color to be faded and washed out looking. This is what is meant by "change the settings". There is no way I've found to get around this at all.
My Canon G2000 Printer gives a 2 blinking light problem. I have tried resetting the printer but I cannot go beyond that as the printer's carriage just bangs very hard left and right and stops. Then the blinking light comes on again. I have cleaned everything that needs cleaning up, I have also changed the ink absorber but the problem still persists. What else can I do besides dumping the printer as trash?

It often means that there is a print head communication problem. Try to change the cartridges, clean the contacts inside the printer, turn off and on the printer but if nothing works the printer will require service.
@@viandant5 ours has the same issue even after service. they couldnt find the error during testing so they just sent it back but they did print test pages with it and it worked weirdly enough. maybe it is the cheaper off brand cartridges we are using that causes the problem

Canon says it'a fatal error, probably you have to repair tha machine. Check if you removed all packaging materials, remove and reinstall the ink cartridges

I have a pro 1000 with the same issue. It says the doors open when it's not. Is there a way of jamming paper on the right to make it think that it's not open. Or open it up and try and find that switch or whatever to see if it's stuck in some way?

I had the same 7800 error and what I did is I switched out the black and color cartridges. I had the original ones that came with the printer so I used those instead of the newer ones and the error went away. Hope this helps.

Purtroppo senza vederla è difficile da dire. Potrebbe essere anche solo la cartuccia fuori posizione o un oggetto che blocca il movimento del carrello testine ma potrebbe anche essere un problema meccanico interno

try to update or reinstall the printer driver. Are you sure that printer is the selected printer in the printer folder, with the right page format? Are all the cartridges working?
@@viandant5 It didn't give an error number just stated connection problem. But I stated above what it was. It made duplicate addresses for some reason so I just needed to set it to "copy 2" to match it up. Took hours of fiddling about but it works now thanks.

Check if the cartridges carriage is moving freely, check if there are pieces of paper or something similar inside the printer. Remove any impediment. Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed. Press the ink cartridges until they click into place
@@viandant5 Yeah, Canon doesn't bother telling anyone that certain models will never ever print letter sized glossy photo paper, but for some reason if you change to plain paper it decides it wants to print after all, but the color is washed out forcing you to edit any photo you want this thing to print to be super dark just to look normal.
It could be related to the scan motor scan motor moving too fast. Check whether the optical switch is well connect, check the flat cable. Probably the printer will require to be disassembled
The only thing you can do is turn the printer on and off several times. If it doed not work it could be the main board, the flat cable between main board and the control board, or a sensor

The paper tray is not in the correct position, or the paper size is not correct - load the correct paper, or the paper is not correctly loaded, or the sensor of the paper cassette is defective
Try to connect the printer with a UBC cable to see if the WiFi signal is the problem. Find a new place for the printer. turn off and on again the router.

It'as a fatal error, probably a mechanical problem. You could check ir the cartridges are correctly installed

I experienced this 7800 code with my Pixma TR4550. Solution: put the printer into the rubbish bin and then bought a HP.

Only a type of document or all documents? Try to reinstall the driver, check if the correct printer is selected

I don't know which is your printer but I think you should check the cartridges, for start.

E05 means a problem with the ink cartridge, probably that cartridge is defective or not compatible with that printer.

error code 1303 means jammed paper, or a defective paper sensor
Brand new pixma TS6420 with error code 1871, also says cassette is not in but it is, can you help?
Check if the cassette is fully inserted, chec if the paper size loaded is correct. There could be a broken sensor

Cannon 5100 scanner is crimping paper as it feeds thru the bottom to eject the paper code 2803
that error code is related to paper jamment in the auto document feeder. Check if there are any foreign objects stuck somewhere

Purtroppo senza vederla è difficile da dire. Potrebbe essere anche solo la cartuccia fuori posizione o un oggetto che blocca il movimento del carrello testine ma potrebbe anche essere un problema meccanico interno

try to update or reinstall the printer driver. Are you sure that printer is the selected printer in the printer folder, with the right page format? Are all the cartridges working?
@@viandant5 I think it was the selected printer even though it's the only one it seems to have made "copy" addresses.
@@solonsolon9496 It could be a cartridge problem, may be one of them is empty. Don't you have any error messages?
@@viandant5 It didn't give an error number just stated connection problem. But I stated above what it was. It made duplicate addresses for some reason so I just needed to set it to "copy 2" to match it up. Took hours of fiddling about but it works now thanks.

@@viandant5 Yeah, Canon doesn't bother telling anyone that certain models will never ever print letter sized glossy photo paper, but for some reason if you change to plain paper it decides it wants to print after all, but the color is washed out forcing you to edit any photo you want this thing to print to be super dark just to look normal.
