In European countries
- you cannot change or paint your own House, you need approval from municipality and you have to select from selected shades only
- if you do any plumbing, civil or electrical changes without municipal permission, you can be jailed or severely fined by municipality
- you have to clean snow, cut grass, make your house look aesthetically pleasing OR you are fined weekly by municipality and police both. The local police 🚨 do weekly checks on overgrown plants and grass
- in many restaurants, if you do not finish your Food or throw away food. You are severely fined (sometimes four times the amount).
- nudity, parties or kissing in public is not crime, however locals have the right to complaint about indecent behaviour and authorities can take action.
- in most cities in Europe, Law is above religion.. however Vatican and few other places ..the King, royal family and Pope have strong authority. They become the law.
Indian municipality should also make such laws. Because of these things their cities are beautiful and uniform.

I visited my 1st time international trip to Europe and I was shocked seeing how well it is been developed. But after I came to India I realised few things
1. India is democracy country and it her every person has rights to build their house in any way they want but in Europe that isn’t. Government decides everything what colour paint he/she should put for their house how it should be built.
2. It’s just been 75years we have been independent but there it is not like that.
3. France jesa ek COUNTRY ka population hamare Mumbai se bi Kaam hai.
We have 140Crore Population.
Everything takes time. We are not that developed but we have freedom for everything in INIDA.

India will be a better place to live if:
1. Structures in crowdy areas are destroyed to make new, buildings in a planned way.
2. Various parts of the city are divided into sectors and the certain residential apartments are designed in a uniform way.
3. Slums shall be destroyed and massive mutli storied buildings are made for the residence of poor.
4. The sectors are made upon the criterias of industrial, commercial, official, and poor-rich residential areas.
5. Good roads shall be made with proper sidewalk and cycling track. Street occupancies by street vendors shall be illegal and punishable.
6. Smaller side streets shall be made which connect residencies to the main roads.
7. Autos, rickshaws and similar three wheelers shall be banned and instead, smaller electric four wheeler cabs shall be used as public transport.
8. Traffic rules shall be more and more strict and offenders shall be punished with costly challans.
9. Police uniform, vehicles and vehicle colors shall be changed.
10. New fit, young and well educated
youth shall be recruited in the police.
11. Street littering and spitting shall be a punishable offence.
And obviously, people have to change their highly conservative mindset. The lack of these things make me leave India.
Another thing there should be a central city where there should be skyscrapers and tall buildings and around it various small towns should be build where people can live and proper parameters should be imposed by local municipality for making houses

People in Europe crosses one country to another country with bicycles is not a big deal, even if such a cool or moderate temperatures are there in india one can cover same distances here as well but yeah you will be in same city in USA or INDIA but you would cross countries in Europe.
There is a road in England where one side of houses are part of England and houses opposite are a part of Wales. During lockdown different rules applied to both the sides. People from Wales were able to leave their houses while English side was told to stay at home 😂 when playing football your ball ⚽ goes into neighboring country.
A famous restaurant lies exactly on the France/Belgium border. Half of it lies in France and the other half is in Belgium...!!!!! Just imagine that in the case of India and Pakistan...!!! 😅🤣

Plz don't mention South Mumbai. The roads are narrow as f**k and most of the buildings are really really old and dilapidated and will collapse any day. A few Victorian style buildings doesn't make it any special.

Excess population in India is making it very difficult to develop cities in a planned way .
Jaipur old city have much better planning including Hampi and other old cities...they have 1000s of yr old built-up and still functioning it just that we don't know to appreciate our culture!!!
Because they have government employees & politicians who want to work. There are problems specific to India but with the right attitude , we will have solution.
