I had the pleasure of meeting Vytautas at the 2010 World’s Strongest Man and to say that he was inspiring was a gross understatement. Inspiring because I’m also only 5’10’’ and to see someone my same short height be such a force to reckon with the top in the world was incredible. Especially because he was, quite literally, the widest human I’ve ever met in my life. I’ve met all the top IFBB pros of the 2000s and Vytautas was literally wider than all of ‘em. Keep Inspirin’ us short guys, Vytautas.
The guy looks at peace and as he is eating home made food his skin looks great and not like lot of others who are putting tons of bad calories and bad powders to get big...
Vytautas used to be in my old gym..he was fuc*ing massive. He was a gentleman and he showed me how to squat after a back injury. Glad to see hes doing well
Amazingly,my diet is about the same 😳 4-5meals / day, before bed instead of yogurt and rice I'll have curd and instant oats. Nothing fancy, when it's workout day I'll have something to get extra calories (chocolate, chips etc), but other than those days it's about the same. Because to me consistency is key. And that's why I have large smoothie every morning: curd, oat flakes, berries, banana, apple, and stevia sweetener. You get your carbs, protein, berries, fruits, it's easy to get down. And especially in the summer I can't think of better way to start the day, than cold and sweet smoothie 🤌
great vid, when training and food is aligned =results, when I see 10,000 a day it just amazes me that anyone can eat that much food. There was a female body builder who used to blend chicken broccoli and rice as she felt it was an easier way to get the food in.
How am i only now coming across this channel 😂 love it! Vytautas was a favourite of mine when he was competing regularly! But you can keep the blended chicken shakes 😂
Mixed chicken with hot chickenstock and rice in a shake or thermos 💪🏼☺️ i remember when i watch on tv 2012 wsm and you where there and i was so mindblowned how wide you was its Insane.
I enjoy your videos a lot and for showing the reality of strongman and strength training generally. The one thing that I feel is a very glaring absence from this discussion is the obvious topic of steroids. I think it is misleading to suggest that the size and muscle composition of professional strongmen is just derived from food, training and supplements. Maybe you don't want to say Vytautas took or is taking steroids, but then talk about it generally. Like I said, I like your videos and appreciate the light you shine on strongman. I'm also not saying this from a negative (or positive) perspective on steroids. It's just that it is a part of the sport, so let's talk about it.
Adjust the mic levels so that it's not peaking every single time Vytautas makes sound. Simple things like that go a long way in improving the overall quality of what you are presenting. If the first thing someone hears is deafening or just crackle noise, it's very likely they will just close the video. Huge fan of Vytautas just trying to give constructive feedback. 👍
I eat 4 eggs boiled eggs and two pieces of toast for breakfast and a bowl of soup and a sandwich for dinner most days and I'm still in a 2XL shirt, can overhead press 100kg and d/l 200kg and I don't even take supplements never-mind steroids. Some men are just built for strength. If I ate what these strongmen eat and took steroids I'd be a house.
As a 5’-9” guy I’m genuinely curious how big you were before going ‘pro’ if you catch my drift. Being 250 lbs is still crazy muscular for a 5’-10” guy and then you were 330 at your peak. Obviously you have amazing genetics for muscle building.
The most relatable and realistic diet advance. Basic simple real foods for the amounts you need for your goals. Now if I didn't love that other junk so much... 🐖 😂
just a tips, based on my experience, the way to chug up a disgusting beverage like that is with you holding a breath while drinking it. from there, you're not gonna smell the drink while you're drinking it through your throat. Works for me, idk bout you guys LOL. o yea one more thing, prepare a GOD DANG facial tissues if you accidentally spill all of those smelly shakes xd. anyway great vids, thanks for the share
10:45 I'm not an nutrition expert, but look at what James Nestor said. If you drink your whole foods, a whole slew of bad things will happen. I do everything he and Matthew Walker advised, and I feel, not only more energised, but my problems became so trivial.
It's exhausting to hear people who don't know anything about strength sports not shut up about steroids as if it's some big revelation The fact they're on gear does not magically negate every other aspect they talk about, like nutrition and recovery
@@EVO6-I agree to some extent with that, but no natural strongman will hit 147kg body weight through the same level of training and caloric surplus. Even in the BNSF the heavy guys are 120kg, I will peak at 118kg on 6000kcals a day on just diet, training and creatine monohydrate. I think it just needs to be fully transparent, not surpressed for the benefit of sponsors and actually educate us, and more so, the next generation whom many will fall at bad teachings they have to find because it’s just not readily accessible.
@thomasduerden5784 my issue is people like lalas, Brian shaw, Eddie Hall all of these strongmen are misleading people eat this much you'll compete with us no there all steraroid abusers I'm not saying they don't put the hard work in at the gym no but they wouldn't be the size they are or lifting the numbers they are if they were 100% natural I luv wsm but I know also what it is a group of stearoid abusers who are all dicing with death with there lifestyle choice so I just hope more young people don't listen and believe everything they say.

Vytautus is an animal. Seems like a fella you could quickly enjoy being around!!
God Speed brother!!
Thank you for kind words 😊 🤜🤛

It could be a good time to re-join armwrestling scene
Working on it 😊
Some great matches to be had in UK and Ireland at the moment!
You two are the best! Very entertaining, down to earth fellas!
@@mittenman1989 thank you 😊
Derek’s legacy goes on
Yep 😊
Using chicken stock and a mix of veggies makes the chicken shakes taste like chicken soup. Warm it up and its great!
Sound good 👌
I was genuinely planning chicken for dinner tonight but that idea is now in the bin. That shake was brutal.
We owe you an apology I guess 😂

Was she in a documentary along with Benni Magnusson?
A 35 Kg of gain. For a 178 Cm man is very espectacular. 💪👏
It was loads of eating 😅
@@LalasBrothers and shitting 🤣
Awesome🙏🏼
Thanks for watching 😊🤜🤛

I am glad that you found our chanell 😁
Ps: at the time blended chicken elevated my strongman career tremendously 😂
Loving these videos. Does anyone know what Marius pudzianowski was eating diet wise?
Krzysztof Radzikowski told me that Mariusz diet was very basic, apparently he was eating a lot of sandwiches 🤷♂️😅
Great content.
Thank you 😊🤜🤛

You guys are funny. When he had to drink that, I thought the video was gonna get nasty. Audio sounds better. Most people use the Shure SM7 on podcast.
Great insight ❤💪

Vytautas, will you give me the honour of coming to dinner with you guys? I want to feel what it's like to be the smallest at the table!
Chicken breast shakes, for the love of the game 🙂
Yep 😁
Why boiled and not grilled? Nothing to do with losing nutrients does it?
👍👍👍
💪👍
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

10:00 thanks I think I'm gonna stick with whey protein 😂
Chicken chunks haha
put co co power in it ..
Stew
I dont want to try it.
Why not just drink milk and add protein to that 🤣
Dude. As soon as you drank that shake, and I saw your face full of disgust, I threw up.
Best diet steroids he used... Tren and all other shit
