Hi there! Thanks so much for sharing! Here is one of my favorites for morning - we will have to add it to the list for the next challenge :) th-cam.com/video/MBlHyL_jPJQ/w-d-xo.html
How many likes am I allowed? lol😂Not enough. I’m sick and this felt really good today. Thx. I noticed the twist in my back makes it hard for me to twist to the left but over twist on the right sometimes. Wonder if that plays into the IC or Pelvic floor dysfunction. At any rate this is a big help.
Sooo amazing! Glad you found this helpful and noticed a difference from left to right! And yes absolutely trunk rotation plays a big role in how the core and pelvic floor work and could contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction.
Hello all, I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis for many years. Nothing helped, not the traditional treatment, not the antibiotics. I´ve been on vaginal HRT (hormone replacement therapy, estrogen) for 6 months now and the pain stopped within the first few days. Please note that postmenopause can be the reason for those symptoms.
Absolutely true. Great point ! I think a lot of cases that’s exactly what causes it for us older women . It is much more recognised now, but I do think these exercises can help. Not everyone can take HRT or the vaginal therapy , I cannot because it burns me. So not an option for me.
Following up with your healthcare provider for what is best for you to include seeing a pelvic floor therapist. It could be one or the other, but could also be a combination.

How does one know if there pelvic floor dysfunction and pain is because you need HRT or just that you need these exercises?
