You missed the Paleto score. The bad gunman will get run over by a police car before you reach the construction site, and you’ll have to fight off more soldiers in the factory at the end since he’s dead and won’t hold them off like the good gunmen.
I always do stealth choices remember I brought chef on the bank heist and Trevor complains about new guys on the big one. He goes “Trevor you recommended me though” lol
You should use Packie because you can unlock him at the start of the game and after you complete the Jewelry store job his stats will be fully maxed unlike Chef who isn't even unlocked yet and they're both the same price as well

The thumbnail is actually inaccurate, choosing Karim does not affect if the Gunman dies they only die if the Gunman is low quality I know this, because I chose Packie as the Gunman and he didn't crash
Also the Good Gunman has better control of the crowd he wont let anyone move not like the poor Gunman who let that guy run off and Michael had to take care of him
In the FIB heist of the roof option if you choose Karin without the first time in the jewelry heist. It will show up late and it will be a black van instead of the ambulance one. You can not hide from the cops and you have to lose them. (Sorry if my grammar is a mess up)
They talked about how you can just level up lower level crew members, keeping their takes low but improving their kills. If you could actually replay these heists AND make money doing so, this would be a pretty fun little feature. But considering there's only a handful of heists, what's the point if you can't replay them for money? I get getting gold for each, that's fine, I guess that ties back into leveling up people? But again, if you aren't making money the hell is the point replaying these other than to get all golds and 100% the game?

You have a valid point, especially when you consider that Rockstar literally forces you into replaying a mission, since they provide goals to achieve but give zero indication of those goals before you start. Also how they have their stupid replay set up going; how it throws you back into your game, re-loading everything once you complete, basically making any money changes moot. All you can do is literally just replay the heist / mission but with no financial changes. Like, I can do The Long Stretch, but when I go to Ammunation as part of the mission, Franklin doesn't have enough cash. Yet he still carries all of the weapons that I've gotten him by progressing through the storyline. It's a really shitty system and comes of no surprise that Rockstar is behind it.
Personal Headcanon to how I think the canon crew wouldve played out. - Norm is arrested after either wiping out on the bike in Jewelry Store or getting pinned by the cop car in the Paleto Score. - Rickie helps out in the Jewerly store, but is swapped out for Paige going forward. - Daryl and Hugh help during the stealth version of the beareu raid, but Daryl gets killed by the backdraft due to him being overconfident. Despite it being his own fault, Hugh blames himself for Daryl's death (may or may not have used the wiki for this one).
Tbh it's lowkey fun doing it with the worse crewmembers lol. Everything that could've went wrong went wrong. The bright side is that after the heist their skill set improves, but their cut remains the same.

man i got rickie up all the way as a hacker. you gotta do the first heist. then you do the FIB mission the loud way and obviously the big one. don’t forget you can find heist members that will be useful throughout the game

Example would be if you use him in the jewel store job and Franklin doesn’t deal with a cop car during the escape, Norm will comment something along the lines of “I’m gonna tell the boss (Michael) you’re bad kid” Or in the FIB heist, rooftop approach when Franklin comments on his poor choice of weapon, he’ll say “I take orders from M, not you punk”

In the Big Score job the merryweather helis can shoot down the other cargo heli regardless of who you choose, you just have to make sure Lester hits them. I chose the expensive driver and he still crashed because I wasn’t fast enough.
these missions were a damned if you do damned if you dont. having the best members allowed for you to take an overall bigger cut but you lost more than half of it to their cut and lesters, the bad members allowed for you to get more at the end but lower overall.

They already did los sants 3 times, they did san fierro, las venturas, liberty city, vice city(new vice city part of gta 6). They pretty much did all the cities as in the original GTA game itself. But if they ever do a remake of GTA 2, I would definitely be happy to buy that.

Like you can choose Ricky as the hacker in the jewels job and still clear the store, and you can choose the cheap driver to drive the train in the last heist and that’ll be fine still. Just about knowing what happens and thinking logically.
That’s what I always do, even if they’re expensive, but by the end of the game Michael, Trevor, and Franklin are rich anyways so figured that it didn’t matter
I picked Harris as hacker and went in stealthy thinking oh it'll be fine since we'll be out before they can even notice. Then the gun guy crashes and the vehicle guy is incompetent and my hacker is too good.
When the guy crashes before entering the tunnels, I got off the bike, took the money, and drove back to where I should have been. His death made me WAY richer
Get more money for yourself at the cost of bad crew, which they also might drop some money for being dumb Get less money because you get yourself a good crew, which is a good cut
These choices are not as impactful as you would think. It doesn't make sense to not chose the best person for the job. Even they you have to pay them a bigger cut for their work, it doesn't really mater because the money to earn is way more than anyone would ever need. It makes it harder to chose someone cheaper because they are going to mess up and make the mission harder for no reason.
No better use Rickie he do bad on the Jewelery store but you can still leave with all the take if you are fast then he gets better and do a decent Job on the Fib Rooftop then now he is good and do very well on the Big Score and his take still stay the same so he will be the cheapest and best hacker on the Big Score if you have used him on Jewely and Fib Rooftop

Karim is not the one who died, that would be Norm (gunman) and Karim is the one getting the bikes, so if you use Karim, you have no choice but to use Bati bikes, Eddie Toh however will use Sanchez bikes

In Paleto Score heist, I chose the cheapest crew. So consequences were that money drop amount was ridiculously high.
It's a lesson if you think about it. Never do something the professionals can do and never hire a idiot to do something professional.

Only use Karim on the jewelry heist and the last heist as the train guy and not the helicopter guy

Always go for the ones with the biggest stats. Their cut will be bigger, but the money you take will be bigger too so you'll make more anyway
It’s not like you even need money in story mode. Only thing you can buy are weapons, and some vehicles which are just gone if they are destroyed.

Karim is not the one who died, that would be Norm (gunman) and Karim is the one getting the bikes, so if you use Karim, you have no choice but to use Bati bikes, Eddie Toh however will use Sanchez bikes
