i did a much more raggedy version of this, with very cheap buttons and very little experience in soldering - can't believe it works! Buildt for my jamman looper. amazing.
I have been WAITING for someone to make a channel like this. Thank you! I've helped make Shaker Microphones but I always wanted to know more about making pedals.
Ha, great video. I was about to do the same thing when I bought mine last year. But I looked at my receipt and turned out I got a rebate to get one for $5. So I never got the pleasure of making it. The RP360 is great, has emulation of my exact pedals from back in the day. Great spring reverb too. I have it in one of my videos too where I talk about building a battery power supply for it. Thanks for posting this.
How to built simple footswitch. I'm guitarist and I want to use Valhalla shimmer reverb effect (fl studio) as daw in live performance along with my other analog pedals or digital multi effect. I just need one on off (bypass) button for that shimmer effect like other analog on off single button. Do I need Arduino chip for this? Can you make tutorial for this please....
I can see the last comment was around a year ago but thanks for this I have just got a try stomp and this is exactly what I needed:) . I know someone said you can buy a fsx for £20 However the beauty about this is that I only use two out of the three buttons so the middle Button is perfect being out of the way . I’d be interested to know if you could add led’s above the foot switches ?😉 Thanks again for your time Uploading this
Great video! I made it last week, and tried it w/ rubberneck delay, works like a charm. It also works w/ whammy 4, mode switch moves the presets clockwise, and pressing Down button and Mode button turns it the other way. Anyway it can be modified to move it counterclockwise with just the Down button? Thanks!
Nice video. I only need 2 buttons footswitch just for selecting the patches up and down, (for my digitech rp360xp) do you have tutorials for that? thank you so much.
dumb question, but do you have to solder? can you twist things into place? or do parts exist where you can simply screw everything down, like in a light switch? thanks
Hi, There seems to be a huge shortage of these pedals in the UK. Most places saying new stock due in mid December. I've just ordered the parts to make one following your video. Is there any chance that you can put a copy of the graphics so that I can copy please? An absolute fantastic video by the way.
@@NotesAndVolts Hi, just wanted to drop you a message to say thank you. I made the pedal out of an old 2 channel Marshall pedal. It works perfectly. I've never done anything like it before which means your video must be brilliant. I've recently purchased a Donner Circle looper. The pedal actually works with thar to. Ideally, I would like to make a double swith just to select a saved loop. Bank up, bank down. Have you got any advice you could offer up. If not please don't worry as I can use the 3 switch. Thanks, Baz UK
@@bazcross297 For 2 switches version, you just need to remove the part of the diagram with the two diodes and the third switch, that's means you have to connect the tip to the first switch, the ring to the second switch and finally the sleeve to the two earths in series as on the 3 switches version. (I hope that my explanations are clear, maybe not). In fact, the wiring of the third switch means pressing the other two switches at the same time. However, for the Circle Looper, the 3 switches version is for me more practical, the third switch allowing you to switch between the loop section and the drums section. Hope it helps...

Nice work iTheist! As long as it works :)
8:40 is the schematic shot. Very cool!
Thanks for putting this up. Built it today - worked first time. Awesome video!
That's awesome Mark!
Jesus, man! Now ya got me out buying a laminating machine and junk. That’s awesome! Thank you! Super creative!
just threw one together for Mooer Drummer X2, perfect, thanks!
Awesome!

Wow this method of making logos looks very effective.
I'm gonna give it a try tomorrow.
Thank you!

Thanks Don. I'm enjoying the RP360 as well.
Wow i love this. Makes me want to go out to home depot and build it!
Awesome! Thanks Mac
Notes and Volts np i feel comfortable learning from you
awesomeeeee....you save me 50 bucks....I have exactly the same digitech pedal and I was thinking to buy the fs3x.....

Good luck!

How does it work with the digitech whammy?
Wow very thankfull for making this video.. Im looking for this to save some money...
Great video. Wish it was wedge shaped.
That would be cool!

Great video....I want to figure out how to take apart an old M-audio trigger finger and get an Arduino in it....
Thanks Marty!
you have all the toys
thanks for your videos
Thanks Alvaro!

Wow. Great topic.
Will this work for other multi effects pedal like Zoom g3x?

Hi Baz. There is a link in the video description that takes you to the graphics download.

Отличная работа.
you're my hero. literally. lol awesome job
Awesome video thank you!
Thanks Phillip!
Can you use 1n4007 instead of the 1n4001?
Awesome man!
You are a master!!!!
Thanks Vodka!
What happen's if i use a mono cable? Will it work the same?
you will have one switchpoint instead of three, contact is between pin/earth, ring/earth and pin+ring/earth for three switchpoints(stereo cable)
Now do the Line6 FBV ;)
Which diode is that?
1n4001
Diodes for what purpose?
Digitech fs3x is only £20. Not worth the time, effort and parts.
Some do it for the fun and satisfaction.
What if you live in an enbargoed contry?
@@neder2456 Absolutely.
