If you are doing a workout which enhances your abs( which involves a lot of leg movement ) then , inhale when you are moving your legs in the direction of gravity and exhale when you are moving against gravity. If you fuck up your breathing while doing a abb workout then you might end up getting more bulge instead of being fit.
Oof i suck at that its either i count reps and hold breath or breathe and loose count which makes me feel tired faster cuz i dont know if i did the right amount of reps or not And if i breathe properly and count reps i get super thirsty 😂😂🤦🏻♂️

This happened to me a when I was 17 the first time I maxed my deadlifting back in high school. Ego lifting gave me lower back problems since. Proper form and breathing is really important 🙏🏻

I just started getting into the gym last week. Have changed probably 7/10 meals to be protein based. Am getting on average about 120 grams a day. Also doing the whey protein powder in shakes. It honestly might be too much protein. I should probably stop and then whey the effects of what my regular diet does to my body before incorporating whey
