    Someone with a chemist degree on the reviews said Olaplex treats disulfide bonds and bondbar treats ionic bonds. I’m guessing using both on alternating weeks will work wonders on damaged hair!

    • @MsDecens
      @MsDecens 2 ปีที่แล้ว +20

      Bondbar basically treats salt/ionic bonds and hydrogen bonds. Olaplex treats disulfide bonds which are stronger but can be damaged from chemical processes or heat.
      So Bondbar and similar products are good for maintenance. Normal styling and natural wear and tear. But olaplex would be for more intense treatments after processing your hair in some way.
      It depends on what you do with your hair.

    Once I take out these braids I’m going to try these since they are Bianca Renee approved lol. My hair goal is always to have the healthiest, blonde curly hair that I can possibly have and this might be a more affordable alternate than Olaplex. 💜

    After my hair turned gray I seriously have had a hard time getting them to look like they did before 😢 too much frizz and really not curling from top… after I’ve been using this (the first set) my hair is fuller and curlier!!! 🎉 I am now (this wash day) trying the whole line!!! Best one ❤!!! Thank you Ms Bianca!!!!

    The bonding concentrate is something I have my eye on for the times when I wanna switch up my curls for another look. Also, using a diffuser doesn’t really create heat damage like a blowout brush, straightener, curling wand/iron does because it’s more indirect heat

    Thank you. I have been using off and on since I first introduced. Olaplex is so expensive. I'm happy they just came out with the Purple and Blue Shampoo. My natural hair color is sandy brown most of the time it looks ashy blonde. I am getting gray at the perimeter a stylist used Beautiful lengths gray coverage on my hair but it darkened my hair my sister said the color did not suit my skin complexion. I can't use harsh chemicals due to allergies and Lupus. I think I will try the Purple Shampoo. Thanks for all the new product updates

    You would probably be able to get answers to these questions, before I could:
    Is there any information as to how well this product line interacts with henna and indigo treatments?
    Should the products or henna and indigo, be applied first?
    And, can all be done the same day?
    I've watched a number of curly girl videos. I believe that yours, by far, are the most engaging, and thorough, which I really appreciate.
    As soon as I find answers to those questions, I'm getting all of those products.

    I ran out and bought Bond Bar right after your 1st review. I love how soft it makes my hair feel. My only complaint is paying $10 for such a small bottle of product when other brands give way much more of their product. My hair would probably be healthier if I could afford to use Bond Bar more than a couple of times per month. I wish they'd be more reasonable with the amount of product for the amount they charge.

    • @danielleh765

    I’m a little confused. I have color treated hair but it’s not blonde. Should I use 4P?

    • @MiVidaBellisima
      @MiVidaBellisima 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      DO NOT. If this is a dupe for Olaplex 4P the p is for purple and purple shampoo is only to keep the blonde hues bright. Basically if your hair’s not blonde it’s like toning your hair the wrong color.

    I just got almost the entire collection (0-8) and the instructions are the MOST confusing ever!!!! For example, when you use #1, it says to follow with #4 and 5. But in another area it says best used with #2. Why didn't they just say use #1 and follow with #2, then 4, then 5. I don't get it. Also, for #0, it says to use with #3. These instructions are confusing and don't follow the chronological order of the numbers on the bottle like Olaplex. I haven't tried them yet but I will today smh. I am probably going to miss a step or something ugh

    • @MaleficaRue
      @MaleficaRue ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If am using #0 and then #1, do I need to rinse of #0? it says to leave it on if I am jumping to #3 but It doesn't clarify for #1.
