I am a Samsung user. My tablet and phone are Samsung products, I am buying a Samsung laptop next so everything can synch. The rest of my family will use apple products. People are different and so also preferences. The Samsung software is mature now, I would even go as far to say that it's better than stock android from Google. Whatever works for you go for it. The reason why you have different car brands is so you can pick whatever works for you. The best one is whatever works for you. I have never looked at apple products even though they are great products, Samsung just works for me. Find out what works for you, in doing that you might have to adopt an open mind and try things out not just depending on what others are saying.
Preach !! I was stuck in Apples Digital Prison...... Until I got the Fold 3 and now recently the Fold 4! and I haven't missed a thing, in fact the Fold works better with my iMac (with dex for Mac) than the iPhone ever did !😀
I have been a android user since nearly the beginning going on 13-14 years now I have tried Apple products multiple times and within a few weeks I'm back to android. Apple may have a more seamless and user friendly OS but u lose so many features. Owning a Samsung phone for the last 11 years they have came a long way with an ecosystem nearly as seamless as Apple with double if not triple the features
I used to use iPhones for a while but I am that I do not use it anymore. I really love Android if it's not a Samsung phone I am using, it's a pixel. I like the control that you have when it comes to doing things with Android compared to not having control over the things you can do on iOS
Biggest issues seems to be the battery. iPhone is great at that and most androids aren’t. Especially long term. It seems the battery degrades way faster on android than iPhone from what I’ve noticed. Still prefer android tho even having both cause emulation is my thing and even tho iPhone is great at Emulation it’s way harder and doesn’t have as many options as andorid
Just wondering, cause I used to say this before I switched to IOS but what features do you lose!? Samsung is packed with features but none I really miss or can’t use on iOS! I totally agree with everything you said only 1 thing I hope samsung fixes is when you apply a theme from theme store you have to turn dark mode off in order for it to apply correctly than you have to make sure dark mode is turned on for each app that supports it unless you use goodlock theme park but video is awesome 😃

I've been at work and at stores and opened my zfold 3 and now zfold 4 and get a lot of people interested in it but when you have any candybar phone like Apple or Android nobody is phased about them anymore because you seen one you see them all so when your with your friends and they pull out thier iPhone or note 20 will you be top dog pulling out a zfold4 definitely

It amazes me how people don't understand that samsung makes the memory chips for iPhone. You hear people say iPhone is more secure...no it actually is no more secure than a Samsung or Google phone. What "android" phones offer is near complete freedom to make a phone yours. These phones push the boundaries in terms of tech...sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I choose Samsung because of this and I will never buy an iPhone. I will say that Apple makes a great device that is very user friendly. So no hate on Apple, it is just not for me.
I switched and I dont regret it. Its like having my ipad mini with me. I was able to trade in an old Galaxy Note and received 1000 off from verizon and 400 from Best Buy plus a 100 best buy gift card. I pretty much received this phone for free.
I’ve used apple for about 9 hrs and I really would like to switch to the Z Fold 4. My main concern is the messaging. Is it a really big difference or can I get around it. Any info will help. I’m definitely switching if messaging with iPhone users is possible. Thanks
One serious reason why there is a good percentage of people who will not leave a iPhone and that's on device security. There are several cases that have proven how strong the security is on a iPhone. This is something that no Android phone can prove not even a Samsung phone. Google is the only company who actually comes close to doing what Apple is doing when it comes to security since Google now makes their own chip. The tensor chip. This is one way that Google can actually do what Apple is doing when it comes to very strong security on device. Samsung will never be able to do this

I am just a average consumer. I use a Google pixel 6 and I love my pixel. This is why own device security matters. People do everything on their smartphone from banking and everything else. If you don't care about security, how about this? Just leave your device with no password. Let people access your bank information and spend money cuz it sounds like you don't care about security but when it comes to own device security no one does it better than Apple. To any Z Fold 4 users, does it also not show on your battery settings the option to toggle on/off super-fast charging? But still show "Super fast charger connected" on the Battery menu page if plugged-in with proper super-fast charger? Thanks!
When I plug it in it says superfast charging then switched to just charging. I put the same charger into my S22 and it says superfast charging. I don't have an option anymore for superfast charging in my settings

Apple does things the way how they choose to do them in so many ways. That is why Apple is so successful at what they do. @@CZP-01 I left the zfold2 for the iPhone 13PM 1TB….. money was not the issue…. I spent $2k on the zfold2 and $1500 on the iPhone and I just preordered the iPhone 14 1TB…. Another $1500 phone…. What I’m saying is for $1800/$2000 is the zfold is cool tech and a flex…. Outside of that it still has a ton of problems! Peoples screens everywhere are still breaking just for doing what the phone was intended to do, told…. So I agree if you can afford to spend money on a phone that’s supposed to fold and it breaks and you want to mess with not having a phone or possibly eating that cost…. Have fun with that!

I've actually switched from a Samsung phone to an iphone lol. Yes Samsung is more customisable in many ways, Multi tasking etc etc. yes my Note 20 Ultra has an Spen which i love...... BUT since using my iphone ive just found things happen so seamlessly without fuss, connectivity is amazing and ive always wanted an Apple Watch which unfortunately you cannot have with a Samung phone, and i have to say the Apple watch imho kills the Galaxy watches, along with Air Pods Pro wow. I still use my Note 20 Ultra more so for watching content, but im a full on into the Apple Eco system. And im not a fold/flip fan, im all Candy bar lol. I guess sometimes you have to give up a few things in order to gain a more seamless life connecting with Kids, Family & Friends who all have an iphone ;-)

Im with you! I was a Samsung user for years! I have had the galaxy series the note and the fold2 was my last! I left for the iPhone 12 now I have the 13! I was also the last guy in my circles of family and friends to go to iPhone!! Both have great OS and Sammy is pushing the envelope, just don’t think the tech is ready and for me even if the os on apple is boring and not “customizable” it works and from iOS to iPad os and watchOS, things flow much better than Android! Just my opinion!

I don't really see the point of the flip. Lemme take my regular phone and make it double the thickness before putting it in my pocket. At least the fold offers better cameras, the mini tablet experience with a completely usable front screen.
