Had a anti theft system ready to install on my red one in DFW and I bought the car in south Texas. Stolen 3 nights later. Took forever to transfer the title. PD and tax office sucked. Both had paperwork issues. Wrong name on PD report, incorrect title transfer. Got the payout, maybe I'll get another one but I've already had 2 thefts in different areas of DFW.
Damn sry that happened I’m in DFW as well and I have a 2ss convertible I’m paranoid someone will try to steal it. If you do get another Camaro look into IGLA or Compustar

@@Dotherightthing. stops them from stealing it by killing the fuel pump but a even better system is Compustar it’s an alarm, tracker, and ignition kill switch so they can’t even start the car and the alarms send notifications to your phone instantly
@@Dotherightthing.IGLA requires a pin code to authorize a full engine start. Otherwise, when you try to drive away, the engine will kill. It also has a feature to block key fob cloning from your OBD. Pricey, but worth the investment.
Damn man..I was just reading something about how Costa Mesa has risen above other cities in OC as #1 in car theft. Glad I got to check it out in person a few months ago. Hopefully insurance doesn't screw you over. I'd be surprised if you find another one with tasteful mods and relatively low mileage like that one for a good price. Good luck!

I’ve had multiple cars stolen Emon. It’s a crap feeling but you have to pick yourself up, find another car and keep building PS: I hope that it didn’t end up at a take over that would be worse scenario

Random public is anywhere you don't know. Specific public areas are places you know and trust. That's what I do with my car. Nothing ever happens to it. Yes, I don't drive it a lot of places that common cars can be driven into. You get what you plan or not plan for. It sucks but it's true.
It amazes me that people buy 60 70 thousand cars and dont put any alarm on it. Sucks to see this happen to him tho. Hell im broke and i put an alarm on mines the first week lol

Simply do what I do. Pull the fuel pump relay out. Car is going nowhere unless they tow it
