Hello, I am a permanent resident of U.S. living in California and from a low income family (below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guildelines). We also receive Medical and Calfresh benefits. For I-912 form, do I choose both 1 and 2 for Part 1? Does the Means-Tested benefits still provide eligibility for the fee waiver? What supporting documents are acceptable? Thank you
Hi Anush, I fall under the same category. Did you filled out both means income and other parts together or just one part? Also, do you send in both I-912 with I-90 together to one place? Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
Hello! I’m currently receiving unemployment and SNAP benefits due to COVID-19, I’m a legal resident with a green card and my income has been considerably reduced. Would I be eligible to apply for a fee waiver (form I-912) and apply for a US citizenship (form N-400)? I live in Washington State Thanks!

Also, if I am filing three N-400 forms together for me and my parents, and I am the preparer of their applications, how many I-912 forms should I attach?

Application for a fee waiver does not affect you chances for approval and eventual citizenship. However the officer may ask more questions about your "means" (ability to support one's self financially. You may want to contact an immigration legal services organization for more help.
