You’re doing a great Job I’ve learned a lot from you. Mc Bean. I Got a question please .I have an I 730 approved for my family living with in the US saying that case forward to Department of state. It’s been 2 months ago . Can I fill a work permit with that approval notice for them? They came in the US via humanitarian parole program before the case Was approved basically they are asylee Right? . Thank you for you assistance
What can be done in a situation whereby one is bared from asylum due to supposed material support to terrorist group but granted CAT. In this case the support was a payment of 350 dollars via money transfer under duress. What can be done to reverse this decision?
What if your wife go back home b4 she gets an answer on whether or not they are going to give her a pardon caused she entee thw us illegally. But the reason she left is because of her mother is sick with cancer
