    This is honest to goodness one of the very best comparisons I have ever watched for these 3 types of screen protectors. It has in all honesty opened my eyes to the reality of no matter what you use your phone will still get damaged depending on the force of impact that it will endure. Thanks for this, wonderfully done

    Test shows all of them will protect your screen from light scratches only. But i need to add, especially for samsung phones about the sensitivity when it comes to bioemetrics. Regular tempered glass won't scan your finger prints.

    • @kelbinhow
      @kelbinhow 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah, if you really want glass to protect Samsung's ultrasonic reader, instead of the hydrogel/ceramic ones, your only hope is to use a UV glass protector. Those are not 100% comparable to tempered glass because they're really thin, but it does work with the ultrasonic sensor and it's better against scratches than the hydrogel/ceramic

    Good test with Interesting results. (They are all good for different reasons)
    So ultimately it must depend on your personal usage and how lucky you get with the final hit or scratch on the screen.
    I stick to 9D but I liked the way the hydro gel reacted (or did not react) with the water droplets.

      @@eldonmirjah7549 I've used them on and off for many years. Drop experience has been good, as in I haven't had any screen crack under normal while I used a tpu/hydrogel film, but I'm still trying to figure out how it compares to tempered.
      I have tried tempered a few times and it ends up disappointing me in touch screen sensitivity and how well it adheres to the display. I just stick with tpu films now and I feel no reason after lots of research to switch back to tempered.

    Depending on the impact angle, the purpose of the screen protector is to reduce the chances of your phone glass screen being broken too easily when under normal impact. It is still better to have one (but not the Hydrogel type because if it does not break, the impact energy will transfer to the phone screen). Hopefully, the screen protector will break first before your phone screen breaks.

But Tpu Film is good shock absorber but tempered glass is stronger 💪 & because of that should I prefer Tpu film or 0.26mm thickness tempered glass is better than that🤔 .this is my sandheh.🤔

    Hydrogel: Not Durable but good if you have sweaty hands.
    T. Glass: Very Durable and can protect your LCD Screen but can leave finger print, scratch, broken glass and has a very bad performance against sweaty fingers.
    Ceramic: Cannot be shattered but also cannot quite protect the LCD screen from impact, has a very smooth surface that will satisfy gamers.
    Conclusion: Just get what's best or suits you better.
