- Hi,
I have over a short time span amassed boxes of miniatures for D&D. This is my story how I will try to get all of my miniatures ready for the tabletop!
In this episode I try to paint four Myconids from Wizkids Nolzur's Marvelous Miniatures!

I love how you've done these guys. I have tool boxes and crates of shame. I seem to buy 6 models for every one I paint. But collecting models and painting them are two different hobbies.

Awesome job! I painted up some Myconids yesterday but they didn't come out as popping as this. Definitely just ordered a bunch of different coloured vallejo washes, the result you got was amazing!

i love that you did the inks... i was amazed.. i am really new and i have a few boxes bought over novemeber for my RPGclub at the highschool where i teach.
I started painting but i was using paint for this myconnid... i only have a brown wash at the moment, ... im going to try it and see how it looks. but i love the red wash on the hood...

my colors look like my paint was too thick... so i need to blend some color into them ... i may opt for that gren wash you used. i tried to do the color scheme from the back of the box. the legs being blue and purple, the arms and chest more green ans the orange into neck and yellow/red on the pileus.
Inks are good in terms of saturation and that they are "thinned out" naturally! 👍😊

Beautiful work.However I must say if you are anything like me, you r boxes of shame accumulate faster than you can paint them. Have you stopped buying minis? If not this labor of love will never end...
Well...there was a couple of days, perhaps weeks where I technically didn't buy any minis. Then a large order from Reaper came. So yeah. We might be in the same boat. Perhaps I need to simply paint more? :)
