I have watched plenty and then some of Steve's On The Road videos, as I am hard pressed for reminders anyone out there is any good anymore, and while some videos did well provide relief from cynicism, this one was the first and as yet only one that threw me for a loop. I had to wonder why. It is because the intention to do good was specific, not altruistic: one person using their job that pays the rent, to love a person stuck paying off debt along that way. I take it as an example of humanity prevailing.
Sitting there making the envelope art for just that woman, whole hearted, gushing affection, in the context of debt collection, so perfectly slays greed with generosity that in this instance, at least, we all won one.

This is my mommy! She is an amazing, talented, beautiful, kind hearted, selfless person and her artwork has always made everyone happy.
