  • The brain is a tricky organ that somehow can make it hard to believe in positive thoughts, and often latch to negative thoughts. Why is this a case? Is there a way to be able to modify that?

This was very well put and hit the nail on the head with why sometimes I suspect positive thoughts and how the negative thoughts seem to serve me

Thank you so much for this! You put things in a couple ways that I had never thought of before! And I felt the insistent, negative, anxious voice in my mind relax a little bit, as a result. :) Thanks again

There's also the body side of this. If your body is stiff , you will have negative reactions through your subconscious. There's a good channel here with exercises "taro iwamoto" and "Irene lyon" both get into the somatic side.

Yes, we very much carry our bodies the way we look at the world. Thanks for the resources!
