Sir, hip pain are reduced/ almost no pain since i have consulting a Rheumatologist. But since last 4-5 days mild hip pain is occurring. However i am irregular in doing exercises for last month.
Please take NSAIDs as of now & consult your rheumatologist

Sir i am hlab27 negative but I have AS , i have pain in my back and chest ribs cage. There is deep pain while sneezing and coughing in chest. I took sulphasalazine and tofacitinib but both of not worked. Doctor suggested me infliximab but dur to side effects i have not taken.
I daily walks for half an hour and doing stretching exercises but no any improvement. Pls suggest me what to do i am tired of my life due to this pain.
Please go ahead with Infliximab. It is quite safe under proper supervision. Do not suffer when an effective & safe option is available.

Sir I am suffering AS from last 15 years . I have been taking thalidomide 100 od for last 10 year .But last one month I have hip and thi pain . I have taken nucoxia mr but no relief. Now I am taking diclofenac sodium and prednisolone 5 mg bd and feeling relief. How many long I can take it .
Pl see your rheumatologist to confirm if the hip pain is due to inflammation or early osteoarthritis. A hip X-ray can help with this.

Sir I am suffering back pain since 2005,and visited lot of doctor but not effectively treatment got.In 2015 Back pain and neck pain started I went to doctor and suggested Test and got result of HLA B27 + ,RA -,CRP -50. I am doing regular exercise, even though my both hip joints are paining. Now I am Age of 36 & suffering from AS 15 years.

This is my recent MRI report , "Visualised bilateral sacro-iliac joints show fusion of ioints.
Bilateral hip joints show significantly narrowed joint space with cartilage loss and cortical
irregularity of bilateral femoral head & acetabulum.
Subchondral sclerosis and cystic changes noted in bilateral femoral head and acetabulum -
features favour bilateral osteoarthritis.
. Bilateral chronic sacroilitis - HLA-827 correlatio, suggested.
. Bilateral hip joint osteoarthritis (likely secondary). ""

You seem to have advanced AS with damage in the hip joints. Do see a rheumatologist if you are not consulting one.

IMPRESSION
The MR findings are:
«Partial intermittent fusion of both sacro-iliac joints; suggest partial bony ankylosis.
+ Early Degenerative Osteo-Arthritic changes in both hip joints in form of marginal
osteohytes, minimal subchondral edema and minimal reduction of joint spaces.
A small loose body at antero-inferior aspect of left hip joint.
No evident fracture, abnormal marrow edema or fluid collection.
No evident septic arthritis or AVN in both hip joints.
No evident changes of acute sacroiliitis on either side.

Phenylbutazone has been discontinued for human use due to its side effects. There are better & safer NSAIDs available now.

Aapka AS puri tarah se control me nahi hai isliye dard ho raha hai. Apne rheumatologist se milkar dawa/ doses adjust kar lena.
