Ooooof I hate mold too 😭 just a few days ago I opened a new box of chocolates only to find that it was completely infested with mold. Another box that was stored beside it wasn't spared from the mold either. Argh I get angry everytime I think about it 😭
meg i hope they cleaned that up! i bought a home with a basement n the humidity created black mold.... i had to have experts clean it up and use killz... paint to stop the mold.... if they dont do anything to stop it in the new building... i would honestly take another job elsewhere... blackmold sticks to ur lungs! took money to clean the basement up in my house... but thats cuz its a flood prone area! n my house i got pretty cheap... 87k usd... for a 750sqf without the basement n i can make it livable in the basement... from 2/1 to a 3/2 area
we also have sump pumps! n we cleaned it alll up n use air purifiers n necessary aircon/heaters which are central air.... to warm it n also cool it! also put maybe 40k to 87k... to the whole home n i wanna upgrade... its about 1350sq foot!!
