I remember I used to go for these food events/carnivals at the city area a few years back until I realised how expensive they were (Prudential Carnival 2017 was the last carnival I went). Btw Ang Moh Dumplings has a restaurant at Maxwell Chambers and I like their borscht and solyanka soups and desserts especially the Medovik which is a layered honey cake! But I agree with you on the dumplings HAHAHA because I'm not a beef person and also I think Asian dumplings in general makes heavy use of spices and seasonings which makes it so full of flavour whereas the western kind would be milder in flavour as they don't use as much spices.
