England is the best place for cricket (barring the rain) but Lord's is definitely not the best ground. It's too 'upper class'. Ticket prices too high. No atmosphere to speak of. I think Edgbaston is the best ground simply because it has the best atmosphere and fan support. Pitches are usually good everywhere in England.

It's called a classic match cuz it's old. Not cuz it's good. Stokes and jimmy both took career best figures and jimmy went past 500 so it was a big match for english cricket. Classic doesn't always have to mean good
I think if you hit the ball into the ground and it bounces near the stump You can hit it again with your bat or leg to protect your stump. But if you hit it with your hand then it’s out
