i played sans when i was bored for about 2 weeks non stop... ive started paying again and bolstered it to a solid 168. I can almost beat him with my eyes closed. I have also done many no damage runs...
just got finished beating sans. here's something i learnt really quickly. don't use any healing items on phase 1. you'll probably die many times not healing during the entire first phase, but it builds an incredibly strong foundation for all your future runs. not only will you be surviving phase 1 with more health more consistently, you'll also have all of your healing items saved for phase 2, aka when you're actually gonna need them.
Additional tips: If you dont wanna use the burnt pan, the cloudy glasses and torn notebook slow KR drain significantly. Just move in a circle for the blaster spam attacks, making slight adjustments as needed. On the final attack, after the first part, hold right immediately after Sans slams you into the wall. This way, you'll avoid a ton of bones.
Update: i did it. The thing i dreamed of since When i first played The game. I beat sans. Third try, sweaty, Heart pounding and exhausted, but it was worth it in The end. This tutorial helped a lot. Thanks kelleck.

Amazing video!!
Update: I commented 4 months ago when I desperately wanted help with beating Sans. After watching this video, I literally became a God at undertale. Thanks to you, I have now beaten sans. Twice. Second time took me 5 attempts. So..... thanks for this video... 🙃 Edit: now 15 times, most of them 1st try.
The majority of Sans' attacks are just muscle memorization. The only ones that aren't would be the 6th and 8th attack in the first phase and the 1th, 2nd, and 3rd attacks in the second phase. You also flat out forget the 4th attack. That attack is similar to the 2nd attack except the bone hights are different. It too isn't muscle memorization, just fast thinking. Those are the two types of attack: muscle memorization and fast thinking.
I thought i needed this for the sans fight because I had 5 LV, but that was at the start and mid-game i decided to be pacifist, and now I skipped sans. I'm genuinely so happy. I've been a fan of undertale for so long, and I never thought i'd actually beat it Undertale, or even Asgore.

I have fought sans and it was quite difficult but I’ve watched enough game play about him to have good knowledge on his attacks so it only took me a few tries just to kill him
Its all about brute force to be honest. You need to sit down and not leave the game. I watched this video 1 hour ago thinking it'd help and while it did a bit, I reckon if I hadn't I would've still beat him. I spent probably 10+ hours all in all throughout 2 weeks trying to beat him . Also if you get a bad start keep going, unless ur under 80hp. I died at the start 5 times before my winning one. I had gotten to 30hp from the start seciton a few times and then on my 6th I had 85hp left over and decided to go on and it worked. **MAJOR TIP** Most people on yt or fourms say, "Dont heal at phase 1 at all" and while yes you shouldn't you can get it away with it 100%. I either healed with a snowman piece or L.Hero after the 2nd moving platform and the bones moving up and down. I did flipflop between that and a few other attacks but it didnt really matter as I got to the last attack after healing earlier. I found getting past phase 1 to take 7 hours and I, relatively speaking, flew through phase 2 in 4-5 attempts (Not including getting past phase 1 to get to phase 2). A huge help for me was probably Bad Time Simulator, online practice verison for sans, and I went on practice mode for 1 hour and it helped huge. It was in 60fps compared to undertale's 30fps making it harder to translate in game and for my first 3 attemps in undertale I died SOONER than I did before using Bad Time Sim. It was all about sticking it through and going and going. I saw people in the comments saying, "Just do it!" and easier said than done but I now realize I just need TO DO IT. There is also a good amount of RNG involved IMO. Sans gives random attacks in phase 2 I think and some of those attacks are random. I mean you just need to sit down and press restart, restart and RESTART. keep going, dont give up and if you want watch other people do it. Itll give you a bunch of motivation to try it out yourself. Stuff I used: So Healing items were snowmen pieces because I didnt use any heals during the undyne boss apart from CBuns And CApples. Shouldnt matter too much. I used a torn notebook and cloudy glasses which can I say, got me from dying on sans 2nd attack in phase 2 to getting to the end of sans phase 2 with the massive lasers going around in a circle, VERY HANDY ITEM!. I also used the usual Pie and Insta Noodles along with a facestake and other heal items. Moral of the story: KEEP GOING, dont give up and leave encouraging replies to other people who look at this comment as it REALLY helped me out!
Thank you so much I was stuck on this damn fight for like three days I could always get to the second phase but the last attack would always get me, for anyone struggling I would recommend running the cloudy glasses and torn notebook for more iv frames and because the purple bar drains so much slower
Guys i watched this video 3 month later while i was having a hard time fighting sans but the help from this video made sans fight really easy that i was able to beat him in the second try
Actually, I did keep the snowman pieces. I kept them in the box. Also I watched this after doing countless genocide routes without dying and I'm being called bad
I didn’t even know there was snowmen pieces so I just beat undyne with the pie and crabapples and it took me 6 TRYS! But it was my first time and I did it today at night so
it can also give you two or ten. It is not guaranteed. You can either be set or screwed for the rest of the run. If you are good enough at the game you can get by with 2 more health but this is a beginner tutorial.
man, after remembering undyne's and beating her, I was not excited for sans cuz i know it will be harder. and yep it was and tbh I was thinking of quitting my 2nd playthrough of undertale because I couldn't be bothered memorising sans' move after just learning undyne's but i remembered at the end of every game over screen, I have to stay determined. Just like undyne's, I am slowly getting better.
I've seen some people saying using the cloudy glasses instead of the locket is best. THEY ARE WRONG. Having the extra defense is much better that 6 i frames.
well the locket gives no defense because there are no damage frames, one frame is 1 hp gone. On the other hand, the cloudy glasses during the sans fight make your Karma go down slower so it is the best armor for the battle
fun fact: sans has a unique dialogue if you kill him then reload without saving (i tried it myself) if you do that, sans says, "that expression that you're wearing..... well, i won't grace it with a description." if you repeat this, he says, "that expression that you're wearing, you really are a kind of a freak, aren't you?"
Bad Time Simulator is also good if you wanna better learn Sans’s attacks, it will help you get better at the fight and you can maybe even accomplish a no hit run
the hing about the gaster blasters part is that 2 gasters can spawn at the same row making it impossible to go there. and if theres a blast on the next row up. ur cooked.
I’m not good at holding on to my Butterscotch Pie.
pretty sure i used mine the first time my hp got low

I used a torn notebook and cloudy glasses which can I say, got me from dying on sans 2nd attack in phase 2 to getting to the end of sans phase 2 with the massive lasers going around in a circle, VERY HANDY ITEM!. I also used the usual Pie and Insta Noodles along with a facestake and other heal items.
Moral of the story: KEEP GOING, dont give up and leave encouraging replies to other people who look at this comment as it REALLY helped me out!
Wow this is actually really good
Thank you so much I was stuck on this damn fight for like three days I could always get to the second phase but the last attack would always get me, for anyone struggling I would recommend running the cloudy glasses and torn notebook for more iv frames and because the purple bar drains so much slower
I actually was able to keep my snowman pieces after undyne, but I used almost every other type of healing item 😅
Kelleck:
Lets be honest you don't have anymore snowman pieces.
Me still having the snowman pieces:
PARRY THIS YOU FILTHY CASUAL
2:09 was the one I couldn’t get passed, but thanks to u I did way better than usual
wait i didnt know snowman pieces or instant noodles existed :( i just had an inventory full of cinnamon bunnies for undyne
Me who has only reached the spare part: sees round two attacks…
Welp! Guess I’m not beating him any time soon!
i wanna see this man fight Goku
When where why and how?
gonna be trying to beat funny bone man, wish me luck lmao
current death count: 36
(check back to see if i beat funny bone man)
Guys i watched this video 3 month later while i was having a hard time fighting sans but the help from this video made sans fight really easy that i was able to beat him in the second try
now to beat underterror toxin sans, easiest fight i ever saw, only get got on phase 3 in a bad run
you're very charismatic and explain things very well thank you!
Actually, I did keep the snowman pieces. I kept them in the box. Also I watched this after doing countless genocide routes without dying and I'm being called bad
Yeah this tutorial was made with people who’ve never beaten genocide in mind
I didn’t even know there was snowmen pieces so I just beat undyne with the pie and crabapples and it took me 6 TRYS! But it was my first time and I did it today at night so
hehehheheheyyyyyy i knew going past my bed time would end up in a pro, new video by kelleck, you love to see it.
I work for the people
especially people named JJA
what a chad
The Dog Salad has a chance to max out your hp and its infinite
it can also give you two or ten. It is not guaranteed. You can either be set or screwed for the rest of the run. If you are good enough at the game you can get by with 2 more health but this is a beginner tutorial.
As someone who fights sans daily this is accurate
Got this randomly recommended right after i beat sans lmao, took me like 3 hours, one of the best fights in videogames ngl, i had a ton of fun
you're so underrated wtf
This is so true
man, after remembering undyne's and beating her, I was not excited for sans cuz i know it will be harder. and yep it was and tbh I was thinking of quitting my 2nd playthrough of undertale because I couldn't be bothered memorising sans' move after just learning undyne's
but i remembered at the end of every game over screen, I have to stay determined. Just like undyne's, I am slowly getting better.
WHY IS THERE A VIDEO ON BEATING MY BROTHER
Now gru
Noice
I've seen some people saying using the cloudy glasses instead of the locket is best. THEY ARE WRONG. Having the extra defense is much better that 6 i frames.
well the locket gives no defense because there are no damage frames, one frame is 1 hp gone.
On the other hand, the cloudy glasses during the sans fight make your Karma go down slower so it is the best armor for the battle
4:33 you can just stay at the top and not get hit
It's a good guide... I just have a MASSIVE skill issue
Edit : I JUST BEAT IT THREE DAYS LATER!
I can beat him in a matter of 7 minutes on a computer, but the switch is impossible for me
I love this boss but for some reason a lazy skeleton is the hardest boss
ALSO YOU FORGOT SOMETHING. The cloudy glasses are good for him as well because it does less damage
yeah
same damage
Hello original channel
@@esac2380 oi
Ok these replies are just getting cringy
I keep dying at the faster blaster circle thing
Edit: I beat him.
Really, When i beat sans first time, i just destroy him at least 10 times in a row :))
I destroyed him over 20 times in a row
*now imagine if your game crashes right after you beat him..*
fun fact: sans has a unique dialogue if you kill him then reload without saving (i tried it myself) if you do that, sans says, "that expression that you're wearing..... well, i won't grace it with a description." if you repeat this, he says, "that expression that you're wearing, you really are a kind of a freak, aren't you?"
"Just move around in an octagon"
*How tf*
closest thing to a circle
E ya know schools a thing right, you should have learned that in 1st or second grade
@@esac2380 Yo you know doing an octagon in a square isnt possible right
Or a rectangle
@@calixjaeddenelento4873 hey, in fights you can move diagonally
Bad Time Simulator is also good if you wanna better learn Sans’s attacks, it will help you get better at the fight and you can maybe even accomplish a no hit run
Subscribe to beat sans ig
Bro never stop your vids
Watched this video 2 years ago, thinking I would never reach sans, here I am now
How to beat sans 1 minutes:delete the game
the hing about the gaster blasters part is that 2 gasters can spawn at the same row making it impossible to go there. and if theres a blast on the next row up. ur cooked.
0:51 its actually karma damage
it works the same as poison damage in games so I called it poison damage
@@Kelleck ok
