Not really, he didn’t really do much aside from Genocide route where it’s guarantee the universe will be destroyed, so he had to intervene. It was Papyrus that moves the Pacifist ending forward by making you befriend Undyne. And then that get you Undyne’s letter and encourage Alphys to go outside. Then Alphys finally have the courage to return the Almagamate to the family. If you kill almost every monster then spare a few then Sans still let you get away, granted he tells you to go to hell but that’s not really a punishment. He’s not a hero in most routes.

And eventually, to Undertale Last Breath.
And even still, you moved on to more fan games.
This is why you have over a million subscibers.
You do what you love, never drastically switching content to appease the most amount of people.

After seeing sans die in so many fan games and seeing all of his final lines this is still by far the one that hits the hardest after all these years, something about him slowly walking away then asking his brother if he wants anything just makes me sad every time

This is literally two people not hitting each other for about 7 minutes.

-buff armour
-high tier weapons
-a ton of hp
Sans:
-slipper
Sans:
-slippers, shorts, and a blue hoodie
-telekinesis and KR.
-1 ATK, 1 DEF, and 1 HP.
Endgame bosses - Ton of HP, Defence and a lot of weapons, as well as outside assistance sometimes

I remember years back I was on vacation visiting my dad, I was in my room watching TH-cam on the TV and my dad asks what I’m watching, I’m explaining how crazy it is to see somebody beating a boss I struggled with without getting hit, he asked me if it was the game I spent hours on the computer trying to beat, I said yes and he told me that’s really cool (despite my dad never playing or understanding any games) a week later I beat Genocide without saving, and my dad smiled as I explained every detail about a game he’s never heard of, thank you Merg for making that moment special for me

I remember watching this video for the first time, the actual awe on my face was priceless. Great job Merg, you sure as hell came a long way.
By far the hardest Undertale boss...managed to beat him two days ago. Died TWO times during the gasters rotating and when I finally got it, I was left with 11 HP before Sans was throwing me into the walls. So glad those throws don't actually kill you...seeing the end of the battle made me ecstatic, to say the least. I played to myself Jesse screaming after escaping just to get the goosegumps.
