The Advanced French Patisserie post-graduate program in particular prepares graduates for an extraordinary career in the baking and patisserie field by offering a unique international experience.
Through this program, students study at both George Brown’s renowned culinary school in downtown Toronto as well as at École National Superieure de la Patisserie in France.
Students acquire the techniques that make French patisserie famous around the world through hands-on learning while experiencing the local markets and the best bakeries and restaurants of France as their classrooms.
