I can't wait this rough time with covid to pass so my son will be physically on campus... these classes online are sometimes frustrated especially living in an island depending on boat mail to provide the basic... many of the ingredients asked to practice are not available where we live. But I have to aplaude the teachers who doing a great work! Beautiful island won't change for anything! Exuma an island from The Bahamas well known for the swimming pigs.

Do u people provide placements??
There are placements done either in 3rd or 4th semester. There are opportunities for international placements as well as michelin starred restaurants.
