Cute raccoons breaking into the garage and stealing Papa John's Pizza! (It was left out overnight, so I figured I'd give it to them). All of the hissing and chirping sounds are from the raccoons.
Those raccoons couldn't have been more than a couple of months old- they are just babies but will be professionals shortly. I would imagine that their mother was on the other side of the doggy door coaching them on their first heist.
They are pretty clumsy. They have been known to fall out of trees for no reason. I was an Animal Control Officer for many years. I learned they can also just grab onto the cable of a catch pole and pull it right back off their neck. And if I caught a raccoon in a trap accidentally, it was terribly hard to get them out because they would pry at my heavily gloved fingers trying to get them off the trap while I was trying to open it and let them out. I'd have to wear big, thick gloves so they had less of a chance to biting me. Which made it hard to manipulate the workings of the trap. Add the silly raccoon trying to pry my fingers off......made for a difficult release. I do wish I'd have had camera phones then though. We'd have had a bunch of silly videos. A really cool, and surprising thing about raccoons is how incredibly soft the palms of their hands are. I was volunteered for a wildlife rehabilitators at the time. She specialized in raccoons. We'd save 300-350 a year. Mostly babies. But, even the adults have very, very soft palms and they touch everything very softly. You can see how soft they touch stuff in this video. For all the running around in the woods, climbing trees etc that they do, their little hands are as soft as a baby's bum and gentle as a youngster's doctor. They can be very clumsy too though. ❤️❤️
I have one eating on my deck right now. Been feeding them for a long time. I got them a big water bowl that keeps the water from freezing. I love them.
Absolute darlings. They found the treasure chest, of all food wow pizza. I suspect they were back for the rest, raccoons are so charming. Even when they tip over our garbage, it is delightful to catch them in the act they have so much personality, of course we now just garbage proof the bins.
They probably thought, thanks for the pizza, but would it kill you to have some Pepsi on ice? And how about a nice movie? Something with that cute Sandra Bullock.
Oh bless their hearts they're hungry I love raccoons I've raised them I've raised 7 baby possums to they're so sweet and adorable you have to love them
very funny! Raccoons are great. They make quite a mess, but theres nothing better than when the mom raccoon brings the babies to meet us for the first time, when they are finally big enough to waddle around and mama takes them out. We are suckers and always give in to the cute begging animals so theres always a couple raccoons who visit us at night :)
"Ok guys, we're goin in! Me first...hey look...pizza! Oh yeah that's good food!!! Qick let's get it before those furless bastards see us! ......ok RUN!!!! They've got a camera!"
Darling, I'm talking about Japanese legends where raccoons and foxes have the magical ability to transform and trick human. It's a common story in japan.
@briham86 Guess we'll have to sort of disagree on this one then.We rehabilitate many wild animals which means we are likely to know the difference.Squirrels and foxes will fight as well if scared or cornered but pose little threat to mankind except for rabies once again.Because of man's ever encroaching on their environment many animals can be found in the suburbs.Foxes ,racoons ,possums, and coyotes(definately a threat to cats and dogs but usually afraid of humans) are quite common here.
I imagine them humming the Mission Impossible theme song and when they grab the slices and head for the door I imagine one of them shouting "Go! Go! Go!" What cute little babies! They got an easy dinner that night!
They wont bite you. I have been around a lot of wild animals and raccoons are very inquisitive. They get along with dogs and cats so if you have either you have nothing to worry about. In fact you might find them alot of fun. I fed a raccoon that used to come int my apartment for almost a year. He used to bring a possum with him at 6pm everyday to sit at the edge of my couch right next to me where I would provide them with a bowl of IAMS cat food.
Had one take the screen off my window, climb into my kitchen, grab a bag of catfood, take it BACK outside, and proceed to sit there and eat it. They're certainly smart little cleptos ;)
@JesseMusicc Nah I thought about getting the next size up door just so I could climb through if locked out, but it was like $100 more. I don't think even a child could get in.
If I forget to put the latch on my screen door at night, they let themselves in, eat cat food and then just steal random stuff, which they leave in the backyard.
The camera was set up waiting to film them coming in the cat door, and the pizza was waiting for them on the floor. This is like filming children coming to your door on Halloween when you have a carved and lighted pumpkin there, and calling it Baby Humans Steal Candy. I think you should change the title to Baby Raccoons Go Trick-or-Treating.
@SiIentScream: The cats and raccoons completely ignore each other. We have 10 acres so it's unlikely they would go elsewhere for food. Also, they won't come up to just anyone...they hiss at my boyfriend sometimes. But I'm aware of the potential harm for both them and me
@tayabaldridge I feed 4 of them on my front walk, I put 4 plates of food and 4 water bowls. When they hear my voice or the door, I see them in 10 mins. I call them Joey, Jerry, Rocky and Chuck( he is the tiny one). They come up to the front door...there are paw prints!!!!! I look forward to them, I cook chicken and make peanut butter sandwiches, and fruit. Thank you for the list of info. I also feed a skunk and a possum...they need food too!!!!:))
@MagiMysteryTour If you noticed my crappy film job then you'd know the camera was not just set up. I sat in the garage and ate my own dinner while waiting for them
I dunno why but I just love raccoons. They're so darn cute.
You just answered your own question. ;-)
They look sneaky too.
I am aren’t I :)
I love them too💋 I just made an entire cheesecake for me daughter (my daughter is a raccoon).
Now I want PIZZA!
they had their little burgler masks on too! lol
It's hard to believe these creatures earn their living by stealing, I'd say they were rather clumsy... and cute as hell too :)
Those raccoons couldn't have been more than a couple of months old- they are just babies but will be professionals shortly. I would imagine that their mother was on the other side of the doggy door coaching them on their first heist.
Ashley Snell family business at its best

@@Pamlandy2 Pam, now I feel I know more about racoons than I'll ever need 😅

*agreed*
this is so cool, I hope one day I live near a family of raccoons...they're super intelligent and friendly
theres raccoons in my dumpster everytime i go out there. i get to see them on a regular basis
I have one eating on my deck right now. Been feeding them for a long time. I got them a big water bowl that keeps the water from freezing. I love them.
Raccoons, natures furry bandits. :D
About as sneaky as some roommates I've had, but cuter!
I love raccoons!

they learn the technology of stealing from the very childhood, professionally, as a team. I like it.
Oh bless their hearts they're hungry I love raccoons I've raised them I've raised 7 baby possums to they're so sweet and adorable you have to love them
I wish I could see a racoon
Edit: I'd totally leave some food out for it
Mom Raccoon: I hope you didn't use my credit card...
Snatch and run, yo! Lol, LOVE raccoons. They're sooo cute!
I think all raccoons are cute!!! But yes indeed, they are thieves!!! Someone call the raccoon police!!!!
Guys,these disguises are perfect! LOL
"Cmon guys! Its clear! Look there's food" *Sneaking to the pizza* "Okay go go go we got the stuff" *Escaping*
Thats why i love raccoons, they are very smart and clever
very funny!

You know theyre Italian raccoons, when they steal pizza. The owner gave them an offer they couldnt refuse.
I grew up near the woods in Monterrey, CA and we had tons of raccoons!! This makes me nostalgic.
How cute. I love raccoon videos. Thank you. Talk about eat and run. ;)
awwwwwww. WASHING BEAR!! that's so cute
Raccoons don't steal. People steal. Raccoons are scavengers and are frequently looking for food.
Hehehe so cute, I would just leave food for them outside
It's not stealing if the pizza was left out for them. C'mon it's obviously a set up.
Raccoons are still goddamn adorable though.
In Kenya, where I have been living recently, I saw a Genet from my front door.
"Ok guys, we're goin in! Me first...hey look...pizza! Oh yeah that's good food!!! Qick let's get it before those furless bastards see us! ......ok RUN!!!! They've got a camera!"
hahaha.. thats so funny. aaaaw.. they are so cute. Little bandits
Oh my goodness. Heart...melted :)
In germany racoons are called "waschbären" - that means "washing bears" :)
Raccoons: we got the good let's go
Giving them Papa John's? How inhumane.
There has never been an animal whose appearance more appropriately matched its behavior.
i always have respect for these creatures
3 thiefs steals pizza
THEIR SOUNDS ARE SO EFFING CUTE! LOVEEE!
They were very young then & learned shenanigans from a not so older than them pizza rat yes I'm certain
Rocket Raccoon's childhood.
Dad: "How many times have I told you, do NOT leave pizza on the floor! Raccoons will come in and take it!"
Son: "Yeah, right"
Sly Cooper and the Cooper Brother's.
***** Nope, Raccoon.
In Kazhakstan they called "pieztichbhurcc." That mean, "pizzabears."
I like the way he tested it. Good manners, leaving it behind for you.
I love how they're like: "ohmigod, ohmigod this is amazing!" when they find the pizza.
aw poor things. well it was kind of you to help them. : )
What cute little bandits!
Adorable! ❤️❤️
Video posted.
Racoons return "we would also like a piece of youtube revenue" :D
Darling, I'm talking about Japanese legends where raccoons and foxes have the magical ability to transform and trick human. It's a common story in japan.
Gives new meaning to the term "take-out". Hey, get back here with my coupon !!!!
Those raccoons are so cute!
Pizza's my favorite, giggles...
I wish they came to steal my pizza
I'd be happy forever if I could hear that trilling purr every day!
The last one had a hell of a time getting out of there, he eventually realized he had to ditch the pizza or risk getting nabbed by the fuzz
I was gonna watch it anyway, but I saw Taya Baldridge, that's my last name & there's not very many of us, at all. Hi Taya!
Raccoons are awesome
Leave 'em some Tums, too...I know what pizza does to MY heartburn!!!
Clever little bandits.
I imagine them humming the Mission Impossible theme song and when they grab the slices and head for the door I imagine one of them shouting "Go! Go! Go!" What cute little babies! They got an easy dinner that night!
ADORABLE!!!!
i don't know why you'd willingly invite raccoons to enter your house but nice footage anyways lol
@Jmcmusick Bobcats and mountain lions? That's gotta be exciting. I'm totally envious now.
you just let them......... take yuor pizza
They wont bite you. I have been around a lot of wild animals and raccoons are very inquisitive. They get along with dogs and cats so if you have either you have nothing to worry about. Forget the Ninja Turtles and their pizza cravings--we now have the Robber Raccons, lol! So cute!
Adorable little pizza thieves! =)
If it was Pizza Hut, no great loss!
I guess it was PJ's, same negative comment!
Had one take the screen off my window, climb into my kitchen, grab a bag of catfood, take it BACK outside, and proceed to sit there and eat it. They're certainly smart little cleptos ;)

so cute! Cant blame the little bandits for stealing Papa Johns!
How did you know they will come and started to record before they are here?
That is so cute!
The members of rcoon federation
@Talkaskasatla
They pick the peppers off
Once slice per raccoon? Now I know how many pizzas to order!
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! There is nothing more awesome than three raccoons eating pizza in real life. "I want pizza! Give it to me now!"
They were like, whoa, pizza. Yahtzee!
That's so adorable. I'm sure they won't bite if they are not threatened (i.e. don 't try to touch them).
If I forget to put the latch on my screen door at night, they let themselves in, eat cat food and then just steal random stuff, which they leave in the backyard.
They were not too greedy - they only helped themselves to one slice each. At least they didn't ask for any parmesan cheese.
Cutest break and enter ever.
@csbob2010
They did eat my trash that's why I started throwing everything outside instead of in the garbage
There cute. We have baby racoons by our house we feed too. You just can't help it when there so cute.
In iceland racoons are called Þvottabirnir witch means ''washing bears''.
aww the middle one didn't take a slice :(. still kinda odd how they're running away after taking a slice so cute.
Stealing is in their instinct, they knew the drill
This would be an awesome Pizza Hutt ad.
What do you expect? They cant take those robber masks off. You sir, will never have leftover pizza again
I'm allergic to cuteness. I am now dead.
That just what they do too the little stealers! Ours climbed onto the counter in the kitchen and ran off with a loaf of bread.
hahah Hillarious! I love raccoons
@SiIentScream:

Love, love, love this video.
"I'm just gonna take this"
@MagiMysteryTour
If you noticed my crappy film job then you'd know the camera was not just set up. I sat in the garage and ate my own dinner while waiting for them
