I can only get pumice and rice husk.

Kanuma is a Japanese bonsai potting media. You can use Akadama as an alternative. Amazon links in the description and pin comment. 😊🌷🌷☘️☘️

Sting of pearls takes a bit more time to root & put out growth. Keep the cuttings in the brightest place you have until you notice new growths & as soon as the cuttings have roots & start to grow, move the cuttings to a place where they will receive around 2-3 hours of direct sun a day. Water when 70% soil feels dry. Best of luck🌷❄️❄️
