@@s2_p_2524 sure 101% possible. Just create a new table in google sheet and upload in appsheet.

Definitely better than most tutorials I've seen but still a little too fast and not in depth enough for a complete beginner like myself. It's still good to watch, you do still learn a lot from the video.

Hi. If you extend it from the bottom right corner after selecting 1000 and 1001, it will continue as 1003.

Thank you so much for sharing such valuable information. I tried to adopt the way you did to create an Inventory management in AppSheet. However, the change made in Release Stocks and Add Stocks did not appear in the Stock Inventory. What could be the reason? If you want to see the AppSheet, I can share you.

You can use DEREFERENCE instead of SELECT to make things simple

Is it possible to do a consolidated daily ,weekly or monthly report for my inventory app, i.e I have many items in stock control app and each item has many stock in and out entries so would like know how to combine various entries as one with sum up quantity and total in order to make report compact and concise

Check your key column. Use only item code as key column in items table. In adding stocks use key column something like reference I'd or number. You can apply a unique I'd expression in this column and use this column as your table key column.

Everytime I edit one of the released stocks it will subtract more out of the stock inventory, how do I fix this?

when releasing and adding stocks for the same item, the calculation is way off for me. I had 58 to start for an item, released 8, added 8 and added 42, and it's showing 66 available on stocks inventory but in the new available stocks it shows 108. Any idea why or how adding numerous lines for one item is calculating inaccurately
Is your app you make it multiple items? Or same as this sample video?

I have the same problem!
There is a bug in this video. Though very nicely explained, I also followed the learnings for my inventory app development.
Problem is with the formula in the new action (video timestamp - 33 : 10
The formula used was
Any(select(Add Stocks [New Available Stocks], [_thisrow].[Item code] = [Item Code]))
This formula always finds the very first New Available Stocks in the list of records of a particular item & update it as the stocks of that item in main inventory page each time.
So better replace it with the following formula
Any(select(Add Stocks [New Available Stocks], [Reference] =MAXROW("Add Stocks","_RowNumber")))
This will fetch data from the lastly added row. i.e. row with maximum row number & updates stock correctly.
Hope this will resolve the issue.

Usually use if you wanted to update or trigger an action against another table.
The expression is valid but its result type 'Yes/No' is not one of the expected types: Number - Getting this error while making a update formula

My App don't save in the Sheet if I don't edit the product.
Exemple.
Is I buy 10 Cellphones.
In the Stock available safe 10 because of the virtal collum. But, in the Sheet Data, the Stock it is with 0.

Once Multiple Reatilers are selected Clicked Next
All Reatailers will appear in a page Table Format
Which will have Columns Inovice Date, Invoice Number, Invoice Value, Claim Amount(Invoice value - 50%)
Where user will fill and Submit multiple entries

Problem with while releseing stocks
hi Joe, i have tried it but i have a small doubt. In my app (Primary views->release Stock->Behaviour->Event Action->) for me it is always "Row selected" but for yu it is "For Saved " How?
And after i release a stock it is not reflecting in Stock inventory
