Any suggestions on what to do when the app keeps disconnecting from the Master? Sometimes it happens right away sometimes it takes a few minutes. But I always lose connection after infect it all working

Why can’t I use custom in the app with my S4? I added color and hit gradual and hit run. I get nothing!
