The word "awesome" gets thrown around a bit too much, but it's absolutely applicable here, as I am completely in awe. Stunning work.

Amazing work, but where do you get all the parts, specially those thin strips of wood and small anchor?

The whole model is built from scraps, with a scalpel and a cutting mat. Because I built it in parallel, equipping the workshop. At that time, my workshop did not have any tools (only a rotary tool that I brought in a suitcase) and even tables... The strips were cut with a scalpel from a piece of veneer. The anchor can be soldered from brass wire, but since I didn't even have a soldering iron, I borrowed anchors from my husband's plastic kit, which he had already partially destroyed.
Here's how, I built this model from what I had on hand...

@@OlhaBatchvarov that is really good, that's a true skill, building with what you have. wonderful work. May god bless you, and keep posting more videos. I suggest you also give the dimensions of the wood block used for making the hull.

I like the idea of hiding the mast hinges in the pin rail at the base. Where did you get the plans (or did you do the design yourself) and are they available??

      Thank you!
I took the plans from the book "The American Fishing Schooners (1825-1935) by Howard Chapelle" on page 304

You can find them in the book The American Fishing Schooners (1825-1935) by Howard Chapelle and scale according to the size of your bottle.
