i thaugt the ap start with dorans ring + dark seal enables a very strong 3 points in w start. are the items not a waste if you go for max q first anyway ? i mean if it works it works for sure. but i get the feel people watching will just copy the build wrong.

Smolder's execute is going to scale with AD, so not bad if you build AD like the video does.

this build is ok for bot or mid when u have shorter ragne than the enemy, for toplane better to use PTA or Fleet + triumph cause it's much more usefull later. on lane u can just ust manaflow in additional runes and feel good, cause essense reaver fixing the all of Smolder's mana issues

PTA sucks on smolder, dont do it, always go either fleet or comet
