He is a Senior HR professional with 13 years of HR experience in areas such as recruiting, compensation, leadership development, training, employee engagement, and retention. He served 24 years in the U.S Air Force beginning his career in Fire Protection, and transitioning to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and finally recruiting. He transitioned to a civilian career in HR and has held positions as HR Business Partner and Compensation Specialist. He is passionate about driving business performance through developing high performing leaders and improving employee experience.
